"I have a two-story commercial building located in a downtown business district. We had a bad storm come through and the wind ripped part of the building down on two different sides. The damage was at the very top of the building which was about thirty feet above the sidewalk. Looking up at the building, you could see the exposed bricks, some of which were obviously loose. It wasn’t long before the city building inspector paid a visit and told me that the building was a safety hazard and had to be fixed immediately. I called Elite Seamless Gutters and talked to John. He came out the very next day to look at the building and even met with the building inspector. They got to work and had the job done in less than two days. The building inspector contacted me afterwards and said that the building was up to code and we were good to go. The whole process was simple and stress free. "1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money. 2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."
