Description of Work: This is really a hard review to do. I had Hard Surface Solutions replace a small part of broken concrete as it leads into my garage. They did really great work, they were more than professional. They were A+ as far as referrals go. The bad part is Seal Kote. I have used them in the past and never had a problem, that is why I used Hard Surface Solutions. After Hard Surface was finished, Seal Kote came to do the sealcoating on my driveway. They have started using silica in their sealcoating and this was the problem. The silica left what appeared to be stripes on the driveway in some areas. I called Larry, he said he would come out but never did. He sent the sealcoating men to redo the job. Now it was worse and Larry has become impossible to deal with. I would use Hard Surface for asphalt and concrete but hesitate to recommend Seal Kote.

Description of Work: I left a message for them on Monday. They returned the call on Wednesday and did the work Thursday morning first thing. They did cold patch repairs on a pothole at the base of my driveway. They went above and beyond with the patch and were very liberal on what they considered one pothole. I forgot to ask for my Angie's list discount but even so I felt I was treated more than fair.

Description of Work: All went well except for the scheduling. I originally told them I needed to leave the house at 11am, and was told that would not be a problem. I called early on the day of service, and found out my service window was from 11am-1pm. I advised of my time restriction, and was told they would look into and call back. No call back was ever received, so I called again at 10:30am, and left them the code to the house. Never saw the workers, but when I came home, everything was taken care of as expected.

Description of Work: They did a very good job and they came when I had trouble getting someone else to do my drive. I was very happy with this company as it was not just "black" watery type stuff they applied it was very well done and good product.

Description of Work: We had Seal-Kote crack-fill, seal-coat, line stripe the condo's parking lot. There was a portion that had to be saw cut and patched as well. We opted for a double coat and close to a year later, it still looks like it was done a month back. Scheduling was a bit of an issue but we understand this business has some variables i.e. weather. Price wise, he was competitive. Working with Larry was a pleasure and he took the time to answer all our questions and we had a lot. He was patient through out the process and I would highly recommend using Seal-Kote in the future.

Description of Work: Contacted them as I saw that they had good reviews on Angie's List. Their pricing was about the same as others I had gotten quotes from. I went ahead and had them reseal my asphalt driveway and fill in the cracks. They let me know which day they were coming and when I came home, they had already finished the work. They accidentally sprayed the flowers on the driveway, but I guess it couldn't be helped as it was only a couple of them. Still looks good 3 weeks later. I probably would recommend that they do get their invoice out a little quicker, since I did not get it until today. Overall I am happy with the results.

Description of Work: They came out on a Sunday due to weather issues throughout the week. They quickly sealed the larger cracks, then went on to do the entire driveway. Very good work. This company gets busy with a lot of commercial contracts, so call early in the season instead of mid-fall when I did. I got lucky they could fit me in.

Description of Work: Contacting the company to schedule a quote went well. They responded promptly to my request. The timing to receive the quote took longer than I expected though. It was about a week before someone came out and left a quote in my mailbox. I called back immediately to accept the quote and then the process dragged for a couple more weeks. It took another follow up call to remind them, yes I want you to take my money. Scheduling and communications aside, the work looks wonderful. They hot patched some of the larger cracks in the driveway and it looks much better than a company I had used in a previous year. The last crew had a bit of sealant on my lawn in many places whereas Seal Kote avoided my lawn.

Description of Work: Contacted them for an estimate 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a reply via email or phone. I know summer is a busy season, but a return call would be nice. Responsiveness tells me a lot about a company's customer service.
