It went exceptionally well and fast. They said what they would do and they did it. I am well pleased with the service.

Shortly after the work was completed 1/16th inch cracks began to appear. After trying to contact Suburban for four weeks via their website and by leaving phone messages I wrote a poor review and submitted it to Angie’s list. By chance later that day I was contacted by them. I have since removed the review as they sent a crew out to touch up the job.

I had a number of items, that would not be taken by regular garbage pick-up, hauled away.

Before hiring Suburban Seal Coating, Inc., I asked neighbors who they used and got some referrals. Reached out and not one of them called me back. Angies List pointed me to Larry and Suburban Seal Coating, Inc. Great experience from start to finish. Larry reached out to me right away and follow up communication was excellent. I have a long asphalt driveway leading to a detached garage, bordered by pavers. The driveway was in good condition, but hadn’t been seal coated in several years. His crew came within two days of initial contact and they were ready to work. These guys were amazing. Prompt, professional perfectionists, they got the job done quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future for all my asphalt repair/seal coating needs. You should too, you won’t be disappointed.

Quote received of $800! As much as the entire culvert pipe replacement! Ridiculously over priced to remove construction waste. Tried to say it would take three trips! Wish I could post pictures! Their advertisement letter quotes $185 for one full pickup truck and trailer.....bait and switch

Job was completed while I was at work on date I was promised. Everything came out fine.

Went great. Contacted via Angies list message on a Wednesday and they came out Thursday. Thorough job, looks good.

Fit us into a tight season-end schedule. Nice work. Fair price vs. local competitors who seemed to be marking up their quotes with an end-of-season “premium”.

Larry did a good job, l communicated through Angies list email, it's probably quicker to call the company direct. They were curtious, on budget, completed job as stated.

Even though coating date was rescheduled, initial day of meeting and completion of job within a week of requesting proposal. Final cost as proposed. Workers very courteous and careful with application to keep within driveway borders.

Went as expected. The company did a good job and we are happy with there service.

They came a day early when nobody was home. They did send an email but it went to spam. Their truck was running too close to my house and melted a part of my siding. Since I wasn't home, I was told they didn't do it.

Received a quick quote after calling them. Tough to get on their schedule after that - they are busy, that's good - but I had to call them three times to get an idea of when the work would be done. Each time I did, it's almost as if they didn't know I was on the list. The completed the work while I was away. Work was not messy and seemed well done. Until, after a closer look, there were streaks in a large section of the drive. I thought it might just dry differently and the streaks would go away. They did not. I reported this to Seal-Kote. Not too concerned, he said couldn't come by to look at it. I asked if I could send him a picture. He thought that was a good idea. I sent him the below photos, showing the streaking. I didn't hear back from him until a Bob called requesting immediate payment. I left them a message saying I was waiting to hear how we'd get the streaks fixed. Of course, now it's winter time. The owner tells me they would come back out to redo the seal coating in the Spring "at a discount". I contend, of course, that faulty work should be fixed at no additional charge...not at a discount. I'm not going to working with them in the future.

I contacted this company to provide me with a quote to sealcoat my driveway. They gave me a quote without coming to see the driveway, which made me uncomfortable, so I went with another company to do the work. Without me contacting them again they called to tell me I was on their schedule for sealcoating. I immediately called them back and informed them that I was going with another company and did not need their services. Then about two weeks later I was mailed an invoice for work that was never performed. I sent an email to their invoicing address simply asking that they reply acknowledging that they sent the invoice in error since I would not be paying for work that was never performed. I sent this email almost a month ago and have not received a response. Considering the fact that I only contacted this company for a quote and ended up receiving a bill for work that was never done, this company seems incredibly disorganized and I will definitely not use them in the future.

They did a number of driveways in our area on the same day. Very efficient and thorough.

I would give them a C- on the job, due to the sloppiness. And an F on how they handled the whole situation. Sealer on the brick walkway and the cement where the drive meets the garage. When I spoke with Larry he said that it was old sealer. However, when you look at it you can see the sealer on leaves and loose rocks right next to the area where they went over The patching didn't turn out how I expected it to, but the main issue was the sloppiness of the seal coating and how they handled it . Here's the best part- As I've already mentioned, we spoke to Larry and sent pictures. He denied it was from his seal job, and said he would send over his foreman to review the work. The next day, I saw a man in a Ford pickup show up. He went to the patch and started tapping it down. He then went to our mailbox and starting going through our mail (not sure why???). After I saw this I walked outside to see what was going on. He quickly ran into his Ford pickup and said he was from Barreca (a competitor) to give me a quote. He also said that the job was already done so no need for a quote. I then asked if he could actually give us another quote since the patch job did not look good and I wanted it redone. He then said that he was going to turn around (I didn't know why, since he was just parked on the side of the street). After he said that- he peeled off, blew the stop sign going probably 50 in a residential area. The best part is I saw Seal Kote paperwork in his truck. I ended up calling them back up and they denied him coming to the house. You can probably use them and be fine, but there are hundreds of these companies in the area, so why not choose one with integrity?

Excellent they were punctual, clean and did fantastic work. We would definitely use them again.

We weere getting terrible scheduling with another company, and were looking for someone else. We found Larry ion Angie's List, called him in the morning. He called back within an hour, and had a team at our house that afternoon. Super fast, excellent work. GREAT.

They did a good job but for some reason on one part of the driveway it did not seem to dry correctly and we didn't really notice until the following year. We called and they came out and looked and redid that area at no cost and with no hassle at all. Owner stands behind his work. The original work was done two years ago. The maintenance repair last year. Because of how the maintenance was handled when it was needed we would not call anyone else for this service. I highly recommend these guys.

This is the second time we have used Seal-Kote. They do a great job. They are professional, and always make sure our driveway and surrounding area is neat and clean then they are finished. Their pricing is very competitive. I will use them again...and again. Highly recommend them.

I left a voice mail explaining what I needed done and they left an estimate in my mailbox a few days later. They came out and did extensive repair work filling in the cracks and gaps in the driveway surface a few days later. Due to rainy weather and other exterior work I was having done to the house, it was hard to schedule the final seal coating, but they kept trying and we finally found a day that fit everyone's schedule. Given the amount of patching repair work they did, I feel they charged a very reasonable price.
