They came when they said with their stuff. They filled in potholes. Then they stayed and surfaced it with the black tar stuff. It was very fast and I could use my driveway the next day. Several of my neighbors noticed.

It went well, a few neighbors pooled together to get their driveways done at the same time, the company arrived on the date, worked through each neighbors job, and left no mess. Communications with Seal Kote was all via email, supplemented by a few phone conversations. Of particular concern for our job was the ability of the product to withstand snow plowing as I do this with my mower and I put chains on the tires. Because of the chains, they could not guarantee it would not impact the sealing, but no one else could give me that either. I felt this was reasonable.

My initial phone call was answered quickly. The date and time to do the service was set up and done as ordered. I am going to use this service again. Seal-Kote deserves support.

I won't be using Seal-Kote as my driveway needs to be torn up and redone and they are a sealing company. My experience in the estimate phase was very good. Larry was responsive and courteous.

Considering it was late in the season, it was becoming increasingly difficult to find a company to seal-cote the driveway. Seal-Kote Corp. came through and completed the job in a timely manner.

It took Seal Kote 3 weeks to return my e-mails and calls. When I finally did get a call, Larry told me that they thought they were done sealing for the season, but due to the nice weather in early November they would be able to do our driveway. They did an excellent job. While I understand that we called pretty late in the season, even if Seal Kote was no longer providing the service, it would have been nice to get a call back explaining that, rather than me leaving several messages (both internet and telephone) and getting no response. We will use them again next year.

I phoned for an estimate which I received within two days. Decided the price was fair and the AL reviews were good so I called to schedule the work. Over the course of a couple weeks I left two voicemails and submitted a request via the company's website to schedule the work. No response received. I don't know if this is an isolated incident, but lack of response is certainly cause for concern.

Pretty good experience overall. Sealcoating is a volume business and pretty competitive. Seal-Kote just did my neighbor's driveway and I wanted to get it done this summer before rain and leaves of Fall. In past years I did this myself and it always spilled into 2 days for 2 coats. They showed up and two guys got it done in about 1-2 hours or so. Scheduling is a bit of a guessing game (we'll be there today). There were pretty tidy but I used painters tape to mask off my adjoining pavers just in case. We'll see how it holds up but to avoid getting messy I'd go with them again.

After I called to request service, a representative came to our house, gave an estimate, and answered a few questions. The service men called before arriving, and I asked them to wait a couple of days because rain was predicted. They came on the day that we decided on, cleaned the surface of the driveway, sealed the cracks, and applied the sealer. The result was all that I had expected. I was very pleased with their service and the final result.

I asked for an estimate. I wanted for specific cracks to be fixed, and I specifically mentioned the cracks. My quote was higher than the usual price because of these cracks. The company also mentioned that they can touch up the cracks in October before the winter comes. After the job was done, I was not completely happy because the cracks were still there. Few weeks later, I placed a call to see what else can be done about the cracks. They never returned my call. I called in October as they advertised to prepare driveway for winter, and they never returned my call either. Maybe my standards were unreasonable, but I would still want them to return my call after I already paid them over $100. I am a very polite caller, and I only talked to them on the phone once. Afterwards, they didn't return my calls. UPDATE: They called me back and fixed my issue the best they could and they did a very good job. They stand behind their work.

I called to schedule an appointment to have our asphalt sealed, but I was told that they do not service McHenry county. However, their service info states the opposite. Contractor is about 30 miles away.

They did a very good job. They were very careful to be neat and thorough. The finished product looked great. I have already referred them to another neighbor.

It took a while to schedule a day with Larry. Sometimes he was not in my area and other times, I had to request a date change. He seems extremely busy during the summer. However, I was not in a hurry and very happy with the quality of the job. He kept to his phone estimate based upon last year's estimate.

One of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a contract company in a long time. I filled out a request on their website for a quote. Within 24 hours there was a quote left on my door. Having them come out took a little long, but that was only because it was weather related. Once the weather cleared they came out immediately to perform the work. The work was performed 100% to my satisfaction. I was really impressed how clean and neat the work was done. There was absolutely no mess on our house, grass, etc. I will definitely use them every time I have to have my driveway sealed. The quote they provided was very reasonable considering the length of our driveway, and was actually much cheaper than I was anticipating.

Originally called end of June. Took 2 weeks to get someone out. First crew didn't clean part of the driveway very well, causing the asphalt to not cure properly. After another few weeks, second crew came out, re-did half the driveway. Now second half didn't match the first half. A month later, third crew re-did first half. Now all halves match. Looks great (very neat around edging, for example), it just took a few months. I live far from their base of operations, so not easy to get on the schedule. Never charged me for additional visits, and I had paid them in full so I was at their mercy. Would use again, but with gas prices, it's probably easier to use a company located closer to my home. They did an especially nice job filling the cracks, several of which were fairly wide.

They showed up first thing in the morning and did an excellent job. I left for work when they were preparing the driveway and came home to find that it was all done and the area was clean of debris.

Painless. Larry was great at customer service, providing an estimate at my door within days of me submitting a request on the website. He returned my phone calls and gave me the Angie's List discount. His crew showed up a day after they were scheduled (it rained that day), but Larry called me beforehand to let me know.

I still have some cracks in my driveway so I am going to call and ask what else I can do. They gave me the quote very quickly. I didn't have to be home for the work to be done.

Wonderful job. The cracks were all filled with hot tar and both driveways had the sealant hand applied. The job site was neat as a pin and I could not be happier. The driveway looks GREAT! I hope it lasts at least 2 years! Thank you for a job well done.

Perfect... I left a message on their website within a few days they came out a dropped off a quote. I called to schedule the next day, and 2 days after that they were out to do the job.

I went to their website to request a estimate, had estimate in two days. I arranged for a date for the work and it was performed completely to my satisfaction

They showed up as scheduled and did a great job repairing our driveway. One month later, they were there again, to do the seal coat as scheduled. Again, another good job for the price. I did not give my price on this site because it is difficult to compare situations.

The work was excellent, very professional. All telephone calls were promptly returned, and they came exactly when they said they would. I was very pleased.
