He fixed the pipe and installed an outside faucet in record time. We would use their company for ALL OUR PLUMBING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE

Description of Work: I called about a malfunctioning sump pump to pump out laundry water to the septic tank. Within 2 hours, they were at my door and evaluated the problem. They recommend an upgrade to an ejector pump and silent check valve, which I agreed to. All working great now! Quality of work - explain what they recommend doing and why for a fair price.

Description of Work: Replaced and rerouted pipes under sink with more up to date and up to specification PVC pipe. Also added location to make it easier to rod-out the pipe in the future should we ever need to do so. Highly recommended! Very prompt and very thorough job with explanations along the way. Worker (Mark, I believe?) cleaned up after himself and answered many questions along the way.

Description of Work: Installed laundry tub & faucet (I had purchased faucet). A new floor had been installed in laundry room, so pipes had to be changed and adjusted due to change in floor height. Mark was very efficient, professional and neat. He made sure I was satisfied with the job, tested everything and mopped up any water.

THEY SUGGESTED I CALL ANOTHER OUTFIT TO SEE IF THE SEWER TILES WERE BROKEN. AFTER I FOUND THAT THE TILES WERE O.K., THEY CAME PROMPTLY, REPLACED THE SUMP PUMP AND SOME PIPING THAT WAS NEVER INSTALLED CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THE "CHECK VALVE." I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE PIPING REPLACEMENT.

Description of Work: HAD ASKED TO HAVE TWO OUTSIDE FAUCETS REPLACED WHICH WE EXPECTED TO BE VERY EXPENSIVE SINCE THERE WAS NO INSIDE ACCESS TO ONE OF THEM. WHEN HE CAME HE REWORKED THEM FROM THE OUTSIDE INSTEAD SAVING US MONEY AND THEY WORK FINE. ALSO FIXED A LEAD UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK AND REPLACED THE INSIDES OF ONE OF THE TOILETS. THEY WERE PROMPT, CLEAN AND POLITE. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!

Description of Work: HAD TO REPLACE PIPE COMING OUT OF WALL AND NEW TRAP. TOOK HIM A HALF HOUR TO DO THE WORK AND CHARGED FOR ONE HOUR.

Description of Work: I HAD JUST MOVED INTO A NEW HOME AND FOUND THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE HOT WATER HOSE GOING TO MY WASHER. I COULDN'T TURN THE WATER ON. PLUMBER CAME, REPLACED THE HOSES, KNOBS AND BRASS DRAINS. IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. WAS VERY POLITE.
