Description of Work: He came out to install a new toilet and the very next day, another toilet we had installed a few months prior had plugged and we had called the plumber to come out and were lucky enough that he was in the area and was able to come out within 20 minutes and take care of the issue with our toilet. He is very professional and does excellent work!

Description of Work: We had an old faucet replaced and drain fixed in our kitchen by keith. He did a wonderful job and was professional. Even gave us some parenting tips as we are expecting our first child. The cost was excellent and I would definitely use R & S again. He answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed by them. We truly felt like we could trust him!

Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent!
Description of Work: My hot water heater was leaking and I was ready to replace it. The technician actually talked me out of my decision telling me that there was plenty of life left in my current hot water heater with repair. The repairs saved me at least $500.00 vs buying a new heater. The tech also told me if I continued to have any problems and ultimately needed to call him back to have a new heater installed he would deduct what I had paid that day from the cost of the new heater. Excellent expierence.....I would without hesitation use this company again!

Fantastic.....
Description of Work: Repaired a leaking water bib that leaked in both an interior and exterior masonary wall. The bib was odd sized and ran through the interior walls of my home within 2-3 stories. Jim was not adverse to crawl on his knees in a tight area, used common sense and we came up with a suitable solution to a potentially huge problem. Water bib was replaced and works fine !

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. HE ORIGINALLY WAS TO GET TO MY PROBLEM THE NEXT DAY BUT WAS IN THE AREA AND STOPPED BY JUST TO HAVE A LOOK AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY.

WORK PERFORMED WELL. PLUMBER COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WORK PERFORMED ON TIME AND MATERIALS (T&M) BASIS AND WAS FAR LESS EXPENSIVE THAN A LUMP SUM QUOTE FROM ANOTHER PLUMBER ($1,000). ACTUAL COST OF WORK LOWER THAN ESTIMATE ($200). BECAUSE R&S IS A SMALL COMPANY IT MAY TAKE A COUPLE HOURS FOR THEM TO RETURN A CALL. R&S WILL BE GET ALL MY PLUMBING WORK FROM NOW ON.
