Wonderful...Keith was very nice, good prices, cleaned up, on time. Came out 3 days after calling....

Mark did an excellent job in the repairs. He was very organized and did the work efficiently and neatly. He told me exactly what the problem was with my leaking toilet and explained the options and even gave me some tips on keeping the drain clean to avoid future clogs.

It went extremely well. I was totally happy with his work. He did his work, cleaned up after himself, and explained everything to myself and my husband.

Keith came and did a very through job checking and explaining the situation with the tub. He fixed the tub and did a great job!

They were very professional, kind, and courteous. He gave me a senior discount. He took care of the problems and did excellent work.

Very professional and did great work. Left the areas very clean. Came back immediately the next day to tighten a loose check valve. Price was acceptable considering what work we had done.

Our laundry tub has flooded our laundry room at least once a year for the past five years that we've lived in our home. When I called R&S Plumbing to discuss the problem I assumed they would have to cut a hole into our wall to replumb the discharge hose from our washing machine. R&S Plumbing described a simpler solution and we are very happy with the results. We have not had a problem since they made the repair three months ago.

Called on Thursday and they said they can come on Friday but couldn't give a fixed time because they had other appointments. Asked them to call 30 minutes before they come which they did promptly.

I called R & S and they said Keith would come out the next day. I had run a load in the machine stopping at the emptying cycle so that Keith could come upstairs and listen for the vibration noise. We went down to the basement and he immediately noticed the check valve. He replaced it with a ''silent'' check valve and when we went upstairs during the empty cycle again, there was no vibration. I think we were both glad that he didn't have to go into the dark crawl space. He mopped up a little water that had come out when he removed the valve and left the basement area clean, as usual. They did a fine job.

R&S could not replace the outside faucet without tearing down walls and the bathroom vanity inside the house. However, they were able to replace the faucet stem using a rebuild kit. The faucet no longer leaks and has been repaired to my satisfaction. They also informed me that the reducer (from 1/2 inch pipe to 1/4 inch pipe) inside the house was not a reducer. I would need to contact the water supplier to change the pipe coming out of the meter to increase the pipe size in the house. They informed me that the pressure problems in the house are most likely because we have galvanized pipes rather than copper.

We've used R & S a couple of times now, and they are very good- excellent quality, courteous, and professional. They removed our old set-up, which was not ideal for water to the refrigerator, and installed a new T valve and copper line to the refrigerator. We have not had any problems with the line and are very happy knowing that the job was done with very high quality.

This is the third time we've used R&S Plumbing. We heard about them from our real estate agent who has used them many years and has been very satisfied with their work. We also were impressed with their high Angie's List rating. R&S booked our appointment for a Friday, but then was actually able to squeeze our appointment in later the same day we called. For that, we were very pleased. We had a stopped up kitchen sink. They rodded the line. They also installed an inexpensive part to make it easier to clear the line should we have another back up there again. All was done within 30 or so minutes. The thing I like about Jim and Keith at R&S is that not only do they they take the time to explain what your problem is and are quick to fix it, they also take the time to give you suggestions for how to avoid or correct the problem in the future. We really appreciate their expertise. R&S is the only plumber we call on in the Chicago area. They are always quick, friendly and priced right.

KEITH IS A GREAT GUY & DOES EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY & BUILDING RAPPORT IS SO EASY THAT YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'VE KNOWN HIM FOREVER, JUST AFTER MEETING HIM.

Mark was very pleasant and professional. He cared about doing a good job - and left the area neat and clean. I really appreciated his hauling away the old toilet so I did not have to put it out on the curb.

He was on time and very neat. He made sure that he did not leave any marks on our carpeted steps going up the stairs from the basement.

He was on time, courtesy, knowledgeable and had good follow through skills. He made suggestions based on my questions and also provided me contacts for help in other areas.

Overall very good. I wish they would have told me what to expect and offered me options on water heaters instead of assuming what I wanted. But overall another great experience with them. Also, afterwards I had low water pressure and called - the owner talked to me really nicely & told me to take off the aerator and clean it out. He was really kind and not condescending. I appreciated that!

They have done several jobs for us. They are competent and know what they are doing. They come, and are all business, they are clean and clean up after themselves. I also think they are reasonably priced.

Called because our sewer was backing up in our laundry room. They determined it was a failed sump pump and replaced it. Showed up on time. Was very friendly and did a great job. Also fixed a leak in a bathroom sink that a previous plumber didn't fix. Would definitely call them again with any other problems.

Keith Durso was at my house 20 minutes ahead of time, was very friendly and informative. It was a pleasure doing business with Keith. Easily the best plumbing experience I've ever had. So many times I've been told lies about work that needs to be done. It's great to have found a plumber that is honest, professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend R & S plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

You have to love these guys. Keith and Mark were on time, professional, friendly, nice to my children (yes, really, a plumber that was nice to my kids!), did excellent work and great clean up. Very happy with the water heater and installation.

As in the past R & S responded quickly and professionally. Keith assessed the whole situation. He informed me that the clean-outs had been originally installed backward, causing the clogs and making rodding very difficult. He started with simple fixes in the hopes that it would work, saving us money. After his first visit (rodding out the pipes from above), we still had problems. He came the very next day to try another simple fix. He did not charge me for this second visit. We still had problems. The day after that, he came rodded out the pipe in our shallow crawlspace by hand (yuck! Thanks, Keith) and replaced the bad plumbing. He also fixed our toilets to help avoid future clogs. Clean up was perfect. We have had no problems since. This company is one you can really trust.

Very professional, explained everything, and even went down into the crawl space to check out the sump pump. This company is a real find.

Excellent experience. From the moment I called they were responsive and genuinely interested in solving my problem. My driveway was finished shortly thereafter and the solution worked perfectly.
