They did a good job and really spent the time to find the problem. the first pass was unsuccessful, however they managed my expectations as this type of work is a process of elimination. I wish they did not have to open up as many holes in the drywall.

Since we called them as an emergency, we expected a much higher bill, but they were reasonable. Our previous plumber couldn't find the problem, because he didn't go far enough. We were so happy with our experience that my brother used them in his home too.

They are definitely a great company. I worked with Keith and he is a truly fantastic guy. He is outgoing and hard working. Everything is done in a short amount of time and I am impressed with the quality as well. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them any time.

I have had them come over here for about four years. They always do a good job with any plumbing problem that I have called them for. This job will last several months or longer without having to have it done again.

I had found R&S Plumbing through Angie's List. I left a message with R&S Plumbing and my call was returned promptly by Keith the plumber. He talked for a very long time about my sump pump job and the work that was to be performed. I felt very comfortable that Keith understood what I wanted to have accomplished. Keith arrived exactly on time for the appointment time. He was very courteous, and again described the plumbing job that he would be doing for me. He was very neat and thorough in stalling the 3 sump pumps I wanted replaced. He did a wonderful job installing the sump pumps. This was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to hire R&S Plumbing again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Perfect. Arrived on time, finished on schedule, no mess to clean up, quality work. I called late afternoon and scheduled for the next day.

They have done numerous things for us regarding plumbing, and I would highly recommend them. If anyone else needs a plumber, he is the guy for you. They are punctual and responsive to your needs. They don t make you wait a week to come out and see you.

When you have a problem, It's great to have someone you trust.

He came out right away to help us. He is very complaint to fix any issues that arise with his work. He is very nice and pleasant. He rectified the situation for free.

They were very prompt in coming to our house, and very efficient. Keith Durso is one of the brothers that owns the business. I thought the service was great. He explained everything to my husband and myself. I thought they were very good and I'd recommend them to anybody else. The work was done with efficiency. They gave us a senior discount of $14. Cost of materials $189 and labor was $140.

Jim returned my voice message very promptly and set a time next day early in the morning between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. He came on time and completed the work very efficiently and quickly. The whole process (from initial phone inquiry to completion) was very smooth. I will definitely call upon him in the future again. The work was completed on Wednesday Sept. 12, 2007.

Fine. I was given a time between noon and 4 p.m. Mark showed up at 12:45 and stayed until about 2:20. Did what was asked. Since the unknown pipe was a problem and a question mark, he called other resources for suggestions. Since he was already here (first hour of a call is $140), he went ahead with the workaround. Perhaps I would have like a smaller window for the projected work start time. I thought he was coming out to provide an estimate of work so I didn't ask and wasn't told that there was a charge for the first hour.

R & S advised us to return old sump pump to another company because it was still under warranty saving us approximately $350. Before leaving the serviceman pulled the old pump out of the sump pump hole to save us the trouble of doing it ourselves. The serviceman was extremely helpful and offered several helpful bits of info on how to replace pump ourselves. We ended up doing exactly what he recommended and saved $350 in the process.

I have only had good experiences with this company. The communication is excellent. I described what I thought was wrong, and Keith was ready to make repairs. The problems that we were having weren't due to what I thought was wrong. He made the repairs quickly and easily. Because he had an injured service person, he called and asked if he could come later than our originally scheduled time. I really appreciated the call. He came exactly when he said he would. The hourly rate was pretty high--materials were $39 and the hourly was $140. I think I might save this company for bigger/more serious plumbing jobs that require lots of expertise.

Very well, plumber was efficient and very neat.

We have used R&S several times in the past and my wife and I have always been pleased. If something isn't quite right, they are very responsive. Keith came out this time, but we have always had a great experience with all their people. Work is excellent, no mess is left and they are prompt and friendly. It has been a pleasure to use them for our plumbing needs!

Did a great job for me. It was a set price. Showed up when he said he would. I will use them all the time now. Very pleasant fellow and great people.

Rates were very reasonable. Other said they couldn't do it without cutting into the wall. We'd recommend them to anyone.

Great. Called around 8 a.m and scheduled an appointment for the same day. I had to be flexible on the time in order to get same day service, but that was not an issue for me. Mark showed up around 1:30 and worked for about 1.5 hrs. Very friendly, efficient, polite and clean. Will definitely use again.

I called R&S and they came out the next day. They talked with me on the phone to diagnose the problem so they could bring the right parts needed. I had a dripping Kohler bath faucet and leaky toilet. The plumber was scheduled to arrive between 10-12 and Diana (she answered the phone and was incredibly nice) said I would be the second stop of the day and most likely the plumber would arrive around 9:30. Jim Durso arrived at exactly 9:30. By 10:00 he had diagnosed the leaky faucet problem and had to go to the store to get another part ($125...FYI - a Kohler replacement part are really expensive compared to $35 for a Moen or a Delta). He was back within 15 minutes, finished the bathtub faucet, fixed the toilet...and wrapped everything up by 10:30. One hour in and out with a trip in-between. The final bill was $260. Jim was incredibly polite and professional - I would definitely hire R & S again.

I called and set up an appointment for the next afternoon to clean out the clogged pipe in the bathroom (slow-draining tub, water that drained from the sink would rise up through the bathtub drain). They called that morning to let me know that they could fit me in earlier if I wanted. Mark was efficient, and took the time to explain everything to me. As he was finishing up, the new washing machine was delivered. The delivery men had some issues with the water pipes behind the machine, and Mark stepped in to check things out and assured them that all was well. After he left, we discovered that the pipe that the machine drained into was apparently clogged (waterfall occurred when the washer drained). I called R & S and Mark came back over at the end of his next job. The pipe was inadequate to handle the water volume, so he cut into the wall and replaced the pipe, again explaining to me everything he did. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and made it all interesting to me.

The serviceman showed up 2 1/2 hours late. No courtesy phone call, even though I gave them my cell number and told them I was leaving work early to please call if they were running behind, as I would stay at work. At 50 minutes into the job he said he had done the "best I can do." I could "possibly shower but it would still be a slow drain." He then told me we had a drum trap. I knew that was not true. I borrowed his screwdriver and opened the wall behind the shower and showed him that we did not have a drum trap. He was shocked. At 1 hour and 40 minutes, he stated that he felt something was "stuck" in my drain. "I can feel it with my zip 'thing'." He could not complete the job, he needed to "knock off." After he was 2 1/2 hours late to my job. I ran the water for 2 minutes while he cleaned up. By the time 2 minutes had passed the water was 3" deep.

Overall Mark did an excellent job. He explained what he going to do and how he was going to fix it. He was very pleasant and professional.

Keith came earlier in the week and (for free) gave an estimate of 2-3 hours plus parts. On the Wednesday, he turned up as scheduled, discussed in more detail what I wanted and then did the work. I knew up-front what their costs were ($140 for the first hour, then $90 per hour in half-hour increments). Keith removed and capped off hot and cold water pipes in the garage and also sawed off and capped a plastic waste pipe. He then replaced a faulty outside tap, adding a new shutoff valve as well. He also gave me advice on the basement faucets and checked the main water shutoff valve. Total time taken and charged was 1.5 hours - much less than the original estimate.

This piece of plumbing was the final part of our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, the special finish pipes and valves we ordered on the Internet came in three months late! They finally showed up unexpectedly on a Friday. My wife was hosting a bridal shower on Sunday and really wanted the bathroom done. We called R&S and even though they don't usually work on Saturdays, they understood the issue and came out on Saturday to finish the work. We ran into a few issues (wrong sized pipes, etc), but Keith was creative and dedicated to making the job perfect. Keith did a great job and we would continue to use R&S for all of our plumbing needs.
