We noticed that our downstairs bathroom had a leak. Even though I called after business hours, they called me back that same night and we scheduled time the next day for them to arrive. Keith was on time, professional and quickly fixed the issue. He replaced a leaking supply line to our guest bathroom as well as tank flap and handle as they were getting worn. We will definitely call them again.

Jim was here to help the same day I called. He was honest about what was needed and not needed. I have used this company for years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Keith was the service person that R & S sent. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was a real gentleman and knowledgeable in his field. The work was done well and in what I felt was a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely contact them again if I need service. (Work was done May 2, 2008) I felt the price was very fair and the work well done.

I called on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment. I asked for early Tuesday and Jim was here at 8:05 am as promised. He quickly repaired the kitchen faucet handle which had not been installed correctly (by someone else). He then replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink faucet and also replaced the plastic drain pop-up mechanism with a quality brass assembly. I was prepared to replace the bathroom faucet (purchased a new one on Monday) and so was very pleased that the repairs were done instead of replacement. His work was quick, thorough and very professional. R & S Plumbing is my company of choice.

The individual who came out was very nice and very quick with his work. The fee was also very reasonable for what he did. He was clean, making sure that everything was taken care of after the fact. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and informative. We were very pleased. I can't say enough good about this individual and the company.

He came out and in one day fixed the toilet upstairs but the leak didn't stop so he came out a week later and cut a hole in the downstairs ceiling, found the leak and fixed it, and did not charge me anything the second time he came out. When he comes, he comes impeccably dressed. I have never seen anyone so clean. When he says he is going to be there at 8 o'clock, he is there at 8 o'clock on the nose.

They showed up on time both days, were very friendly and professional, and did the job well at a good price. I will definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

I think they are very good and did a great job. They were honest and realistic on the phone. They gave me options. They were able to do the job pretty much right away. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

They always get back to us immediately whenever we call them. It is a very short amount of time from the time I call them to the time they come. They always work with us and our work schedule. The work they do for us is extremely good. They give you all the information you need to know before they leave.

This was an off-and-on again leak for 17 years! Five years ago, we had the whole bathroom remodeled in the hopes of finally finding and fixing the leak. It turns out that even though the shower walls and floor were replaced, the drain and connections were not. Keith from R & S Plumbing found that the drain itself was leaking. The handyman said the leak was from the water supply, not the drain.

We had water pouring from our basement ceiling (directly under the kitchen sink). Jim and Mark came out from R & S Plumbing and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken main line. They drilled through the wall below the kitchen sink and replaced part of the main line pipe. Mark fully explained what the problem was, pointed out the area for a future potential problem with our home's 70-year old plumbing (the adjacent section of the main line pipe), and gave us specific advice on what we can do to try to prevent it. They were polite, efficient, very competent and cleaned up all of the mess. We will call them again if/when the need arises.

I called several companies this morning -R & S was the first to respond and he arrived within the hour. He replaced a faulty switch that another company had installed a few months before, and charged me half the price of the other company. He was professional, clean, prompt and an extremely nice man. I would definitely use R & S again for any plumbing needs and will recommend him to everyone. I have had many plumbers in my home over the years and he was the best!

Absolutely great!!!!!! He did a superior job, fast and economically. I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend him without reservation. He called back promptly, came quickly, was on time and the price was better than what I expected (I expected the worse). My vanity was leaking and that is what needed to be repaired. I had other problems as well. I needed to have a faucet repaired in my laundry tub. I bought the faucet 4 years ago and never installed it because I had a heart attack and have other health problems. He took care of that. I also had an old water softener which I wanted disconnected so I asked him to do the job. Everything was expertly done. Keith Durso and R&S plumbing is exceptional, highly recommended and I would definitely use him again if needed.

I had collected a list of plumbing issues over the month since we'd moved into our house and finally decided it was time to find a plumber. I called R&S Plumbing on Tuesday or Wednesday and Jim scheduled me for the second call on Friday. Mark arrived before 11am, well within the window of time Jim had given me. He was pleasant and courteous, and worked very efficiently. He explained everything he was doing and humored my kids by showing them his tools. Mark even took a look at one of my outside faucets that has low water pressure and changed the washer, at no charge, in an attempt to increase the pressure. I'm thrilled to have toilets that don't leak and was very happy with Mark's professionalism and his work. I will definitely call R&S again for any future plumbing needs.

These guys were simply outstanding. Everything went extremely smooth and quick. They kept us informed of their progress while they were working and took the needed time to fully explain all of their work when they were completed. Their workmanship is second to none and they really take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. I would recommend this company to all of my relatives and friends.

This is the third time in less than a year we have used R & S Plumbing. This time I called at 7:10am and we had a service man arrive at 8:15am. Mark, the service person, was in and out with the job completed in 20 minutes. Charge was for their standard service call plus parts. While here, according to my wife he also fixed a problem we were having with a kitchen sink.

Great service. Will use R&S and specifically Keith for any future plumbing needs.

I had originally ordered a 50 gallon water heater that I thought was the right size for our house. When he arrived with it, it turns out it was the wrong size for our house. So, he went right back to the warehouse and came back the same day, about 45 minutes later with the right water heater that would work for our house. I would use him again.

Jim was very helpful over the phone explaining all the options and provided pricing right up front. The installer was very friendly, neat, accommodating, and performed the work well.

They called while I was at work to let me know they were on there way so that I can meet them at my residence. They were very professional and everything went according to plan. The price was the same as what was on the estimate.

We began calling plumbers on a Saturday night when an outdoor faucet burst and began leaking during the winter. We weren't seeking an emergency plumber, but wanted someone who could make arrangements to come first thing Monday morning. Most plumbers were not responsive. R&S returned our call on Sunday, and were helpful and pleasant on the phone. He asked questions and gave input on our situation. They made arrangements to come out Monday as we'd hoped. Work was completed quickly and efficiently on Monday. They were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.
