It went great. He came out within two hours. He did the work. He was very professional. He was easy to talk to. He did the job at a fair price.

They are the greatest guys. We have plumbing problems in our house all the time. The plumber explained that the toilet that had been installed was not good quality and that the next time this problem happened we would have to replace the toilet. It would be less expensive than having it continually serviced. I don't remember when he came out last, but Keith comes out twice a year for something or the other. They are fair-priced. They come out quickly and they are very reassuring. I would have my plumber over for dinner. He is very tidy and very neat. He is a very personable person and is quite affable. He always tries the cheapest approach first. If I say I have had Keith come here before, the company will do their best to send him back because he knows the plumbing system and its eccentricities. We have had them come out twice a year for the last 8 years.

Called and set-up appointment for following week. Keith came within the specified time and found out what work we needed. We found out that we were didn't have many options for the toilet tank insides replacement because the toilets were Mansfields. We believed this because one of the tank insides had been replaced 3 years ago with the same type of items Keith told us about. Keith went right to work and he was able to fix all of our original problems and two others within four hours. He was very efficient and was able to correct leaks in PVC pipes which we thought would have required more time. Even though we thought the price would not be more than $400 because he would have finished earlier, we were very happy to have the PVC pipes and all our leaks fixed in four hours. Keith cleaned up and undoubtedly left us with a lower water bill. Great job R & S.

With two young children at home, we were desperate to get our water heater working again. We called the company and they advised us to order the part from the manufacturer since it was still under warrantee. From our description of the problem, they were pretty sure they know how to fix it but we were worried that if they were wrong we would be without hot water for a long time. They agreed to come over and confirmed that the issue was the thermocouple, as they thought. Since we had to wait for the part to arrive, we made another appointment for them to come back to fix it. They came the same day we called them to tell them that the part had arrived and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They didn't charge us for the additional visit. We were very grateful that they fixed it as soon as possible and were very courteous and professional.

Jim arrived on time and was extremely professional. He had given thought to the conditions I described on my initial call, and he had formulated a better, lower cost solution to my problem since then. Jim installed a new sump pump with a more reliable switch very quickly and neatly. He was done sooner than I expected, and the work area was left tidy and organized. Afterwards, Jim spent 20 minutes troubleshooting an entirely different problem for me at no charge. I will definitely call Jim back if I need him, and I'll recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I have used them for a number of times now and they are very quick, fair, friendly and professional. They did everything I wanted them to do.

I have been using them for two years. They are excellent and very good. They are prompt in answering the telephone and I can get an appointment with the same day or the next day. Their workmanship and the materials used are excellent.

Jim was great. Came out in early morning about a week before the job and provided me an estimate. Scheduled work for the following week. He was very professional, courteous and completed the work quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Excellent, called Jim on Wednesday and he was able to come out on Friday morning. He arrived right on time (a little early even) and went right to work. He broke apart the tub and took the waste with him. When he finished up the utility tub, I asked him if he had some time to check out the bathroom sink. He did and tightened up an annoying drip there. Overall, he was at our house for 3 1/2 hours. I would heartily recommend Jim and his company. He was professional and was respectful of our home.

I called at 7am and explained to the lady who answered the phone my situation, she said Keith would be out around 10am. Keith arrived early, about 9am was very friendly and professional. It took Keith about 1/2 hour to clear the clog. I have used R&S several times over the years and have always been impressed. When you find honest people who do good work why would you go anyplace else. I Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Keith was great. Very personable and explained everything as he was doing the job. He kept us informed along the way. Once he completed this messy project, he did a great job at cleaning up. We were very pleased with his work.

They actually came out of their normal work area to do my job. I think that one of their guys lived close by. This is the first time I've used them and everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

Went well. The work was done in a timely manner, appointments were easily set up to accommodate my busy schedule I was very pleased with the result.

Everything went great! Keith was a few minutes early, was curtious of our home by taking his shoes off, and left the place cleaner then when he arrived. He explained everything he was working on in detail and made professional recommendations for other questions I had.

The plumbing work went perfectly. Keith, the plumber, replaced the sump pump. Also, we had Keith look at a leaky outdoor spigot that leaked when the valve was turned on. Keith took the spigot apart and fixed the leak. Keith does an excellent job and is very reliable.

Had no hot water this morning when I went to wash my hair. Tried unsuccessfully to light the pilot light many times. Called R & S Plumbing and talked to Diana and told her the problem. She told me someone would be out today between 12 noon and 2p.m. Keith arrived at 12:40p.m. checked out the water heater and told me it would need a thermo couple. He replaced the thermo couple, re-lit the pilot light and cleaned up his mess and was gone.

They are excellent plumbers. They are courteous, prompt and reasonable, and they do great work.

Our house is about 50 years old. We have an opening towards the street. There is a lot of growth from the source. He cleaned it out. He also cleaned the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. He was really good. I was very happy with the job he did. I had problems with the plumbers I had used in the past.

I had them fix a water heater that four people fixed it but does not fixed. I was happy with them. They came out quickly and did the job fast.

Every part of the experience was great. It was determined that the sewer could not be cleaned out through the clean out pipe because of the location of the clog and too small of a clean out pipe. Our plumber worked for many hours trying to clean the pipe. When it was determined that he could not get it he called an associate who specialized in sewers to come out the same day and fix the problem. They had to clear the sewer from inside the house. They both went the extra mile to get the line cleared and the cost was only $100 more to bring in another plumber.

The plumbers from R & S were great. They were on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They did the job and did it well. I had no problems with them or their pricing. I would use them again.
