On Saturday the heater began a major leak. I called R&S and left a message. I received a call shortly afterwords. Keith replaced it first thing Monday morning.

Keith explained the whole process and discussed some of the pluses and minuses of the current unit we have. He also indicated this particular fix for the model we have may not last more than three years. That was extremely helpful to know and I would recommend Keith for major or minor repairs. He has performed exceptional work for other relatives of mine.

Keith was punctual, courteous and professional. We are very happy with their service. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future for all our plumbing needs!

R&S quoted about 1/3 the price of another plumber, but since we collected only 2 quotes, I can't be sure if one was ridiculously too high. R&S's price was just about what I would expect for this job. From the time he called us back from our inquiry, until the time he finished, only about 90 minutes passed. Note to others who want to contact R&S---CALL them, don't send a fax or E-mail. Live people answer! We will definitely use R&S Plumbing again.

I called R & S Plumbing about a leak under the kitchen sink and was given the "first call" after the holiday weekend. We solved the leak problem ourselves but kept the appointment because of a dripping tub faucet. In retrospect, we should have left a message for R & S of the changed assignment. Organization & efficiency are high priorities with them. The plumber came in carrying tools for the kitchen sink problem but cheerfully changed directions and quickly attended to the job at hand. We would definitely call R & S again for plumbing problems.

This is the best plumber we've used!! This was the first time since we've lived here (10 years) that the tub drained perfectly!

Tenant complained of bathtub not draining. Original plumber sent by R&S did not fix the problem. Called the owner Keith who came over personally to snake the drain. He said he could feel something hard, like a bottle cap in the drain he managed to push the obstruction down and out the large sewer pipe, eliminating the problem at no additional charge. What impressed me about Keith is that he allowed me to watch, explained what he was doing, and answered questions, unlike other plumbers who act like what they're doing is magic or something. He also apologized for the need for a second visit to resolve the problem.

Keith from R&S is amazing. Our electrician was working on the kitchen, and when replacing the kitchen electrical, he suggested we get the plumbing taken care of. Keith came over and took care of the problem on the spot. I had him replace all the piping beneath the tub, and learned quite a bit in the process.

I called for an appointment to fix my broken sump pump. During the call, I was walked through several troubleshooting steps. When these did not solve the problem, I made an appointment for service. They were able to work around my schedule and fit me in quickly. The service was fast and professional, and my new pump is very quiet.

The work that they did was extremely good. All of the joints are soldered, with no flexible tubes. They cleaned-up well and everything was done in a very good manner. They also disposed of the old tank as well. I've always found that they stand behind their work. You pay for the good quality work that you receive.

Keith is a very friendly, personable plumber. All work was done as cleanly as possible and no mess was left when he was done. His work is excellent but his price is a bit high. I will use him whenever I have something more than just replacing the washer in the faucet.

I thought they were great and they did a great job. It could have been a ridiculous fix but he gave me a practical solution that was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

I have used this company for years. They are always very helpful over the phone with advice and estimates. They are always very punctual, honest and professional. Kieth is the nicest service person we have ever used. He doesn't waste time working and always does a fantastic job at whatever he does. My pups love him also. I think I will start the R & S Fan Club.

I have used this plumber for a number of years. Work is always performed well. He is tidy and the quality of work is excellent. The only problem is that I believe he is somewhat expensive. Too, he does not like people looking over his shoulder while he works - a minor issue. All in all, I can recommend him.
