Great service & repair is a small company of 3 employees working with some construction and home remodeling companies in North Chicagoland. Our service technicians are well qualified professionalists who fight hard to provide first-rate appliance repair along with excellent customer service to you and your family in time of need. We are NOT big corporation which only sees on you like a dollar bill and forgets about you once we leave. We don`t want to waste your time and money taking day off from work – we abide by time and always call our customers 15-20 min prior to arrival at their home. Also our technicians are equipped with most common parts in order to fix your appliance with only one visit. Our primary aim is customer satisfaction.

TERRIFIC WILL USE AGAIN
Description of Work: I called this company based on solid 5 star reviews - reviews are very important to me. I called mid day on 5/25 and Svilen was at my home by 2:30pm. VERY reasonable service call fee that applies to the repair if needed. The problem with my refrigerator appeared to be minor in nature and was resolved. My appliances are generally 15-18 yrs old and I guarantee that I will call this company again.

TERRIBLE!!!!
Description of Work: The clock on my Kitchen Aide oven doesn't work so the self cleaning feature also doesn't work. I hired someone thru Angie's list after paying $100 for a coupon. I got absolutely nothing for my $100. The man came out and was very polite and courteous but he couldn't fix it because parts are no longer available so I paid $100 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Could I use this coupon for a repair on another appliance in my house?? Please let me know.

I am sorry that you had not the service you waited for. Every time before I go to a customer house I ask for a model number of the unit in order for me to look at the parts diagram. I did that also in your case. I found out there is no parts available for that machine, which I clearly explained to you even before I came to your house. Also I asked you if you want me to come and see if I can fix the not working clock without exchanging it. And you was OK with that offer. Unfortunately, after I disassembled the oven I figured out there was no way to fix that clock. Exact because I didn't want you to be dissatisfied /I could not fix the machine/ I offered you to look on some other appliance while I was in your home. But you had nothing at that time. As you can see I did everything possible to do my job and to make my customer happy. I am still asking myself why I have F!

Description of Work: I was contacted very quickly to have my washer repaired. However, when they got here they couldn't get the washer to do what it was doing for me. He took the front off and looked around and tried every possible thing to get it to leak which he was not able to do. It's been working fine ever since.
