Description of Work: The "whining noise" the dryer did NOT make when bought, was reason for the my believing it needed to be fixed. He left without removing or explaining this noise. | |I asked if he perform maintenance on the washer for an additional fee. Their was black mold that he left in the far back. At this point, I was so annoyed by his behavior, I just preferred he leave. He did, but the "maintenance" on the washer cost an additional $50.00. | |Overall, not a good experience.

Description of Work: He looked at the project and determined that the problem was fixable but at a high cost. After some discussion I agreed that a new dishwasher was the better option. He was very good. Seemed knowledgeable. He could have soaked me for a large repair job and he didn't. He was worth the money spent.

Description of Work: The ice maker in our freezer broke and I was able to get the repair done the very next day, and within a few hours, we had a container full of ice. We are very happy with the service.

Description of Work: They came in and assessed that the bearing in my front loader washer and didn't change for the call. The didn't think that it was right to charge me to come in and tell me to spend money when the real solution was to buy a new unit. I appreciated the honesty.
