Great. On time and quick install. Provided options for higher end springs but wasn't pushy when I declined. Pointed out a couple of the need for end brackets which were broken and installed new nylon rollers so the door is quiet when it goes up/down

Everything was better than expected. I originally called need to replace a torsion spring that broke. We were advised on the best choice of springs along with other parts that were either close to failing or already had failed. After all was completed the door is quieter and opens smoother than I would have was possible. I would recommend and use again!

After our old garage door had suffered damage and we couldn't get the garage door to go back down, we called Aladdin on a Friday morning, thinking for sure we'd have to go at least the whole weekend if not into the following week unable to use our garage. The reviews were convincing enough, particularly of Aladdin's prompt service. I called and got their sweet secretary right away. I forgot her name but I think she may be the only one there. Within a very short time of my initial call to the company, we were told we'd have a service man out at our house within a few hours, and sure enough he came as promised. He assessed the damage and conducted some labor to bring our garage door back down. He gave us an estimate and explained what would need to be done, and suggested we consider a new garage door. Basically, my husband and I surmised that it was not worth repairing the damage when we could get a brand new garage door for about $300 more. So, from the brochure he provided we selected a Stratford door in dark brown, hoping it would be a perfect match to our front door as well as our brick. The new garage door was installed the very next day on Saturday, when typically they don't do installations on Saturdays. We didn't even ask for this speedy service. The garage door works and looks beautiful, and matches the look of our front door. We are very happy with Aladdin and our new garage door, and would use them again in the future.

Aladdin Garage Doors of Rolling Meadows through Angie's List as they were highly rated and nearby. We purchased a Angie's List deal for $59 for a half hour service call and $25 credit toward repairs. The servicemen, Moises and Carlos, were friendly and efficient. They came promptly on the scheduled appointment and quickly made the necessary repairs. They replaced the rollers which greatly improved the overall smoothness and made the door operation much quieter. All in all a quick, efficient job that was a vast improvement to our garage door. The bulk of the additional charges was for the replacement battery ($215)

Dan is a very knowledgeable, educated and skilled technician. He provided professional service and answered my questions. He also provided instructions for ongoing care of my garage door. Had an inspection and tune up, which I purchased for $59. It was recommended that I purchase new rollers ($100 and lifetime warranty) for my garage door since ours was making a lot of noise. Not only did this purchase make a huge difference, but Dan and Joe also found parts that were improperly installed by the original builders! They corrected those things as well which should lead to a longer life on the opener itself thus saving money. Joe and Dan ("A Team"), were very polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They gave suggestions/tips/estimates on garage door care and future purchases. Overall the experience was an A+. The lady on the phone at the office was very polite/friendly. She said she could have the guys out between 1-3pm. I called around 10 am. 10-15 minutes after I hung up, the guys called and said they'd be there before 11. So, the service was very prompt and professional. Usually when given a window, many places miss it and show up late or at the end of the "window." Maybe it was just my lucky day? Regardless, I strongly recommend working with this company. Personally, I would ask specifically for Dan and Joe.

They gave me an appointment just 2.5 hours after I called, which was great. Sam showed up right on time and repaired everything very quickly. He put the garage door back on the track, tightened some bolts, fixed the cable. He also replaced the sensors because a raccoon trapped in our garage chewed through the wire to one of them. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and quick repair, and thought the price was very reasonable.

Carlos turned up on time and quickly finished the work. He pointed out things to monitor.

Everything went very smooth from setting up the appointment to the repair. The guy I talked to was extremely polite, helpful and accommodating for arranging an appointment. The service guy arrived during the scheduled time frame, was very helpful, explained everything thoroughly and didn't try to pressure us into anything extra. Would definitely use them again!

The repair went very smooth. I called 6 different companies with favorable reviews for quotes on a spring replacement. All quotes included replacing both springs and labor. Prices were $195, $210, $225, $250, and $454 with one company not returning my call for quote. Aladdin was at $225, which was right in the middle. I chose Aladdin based on having the best reviews of the companies that quoted. In addition, I had a reference from a friend who used them when their company name used to be Action Door. Aladdin was able to schedule the repair the very next day, which was a Saturday and did not charge anything extra for the weekend service. Moises was the technician that did the repair. He did a thorough job and explained things as he went (as i was curious about the repair process). He was patient, professional, and showed up on time with all the parts necessary to do the job. During the spring replacement, he noticed that the end bearing for torsion bar felt worn and suggested replacing them at $90 for the pair. He said that when the bearings wear out, they can then damage the torsion bar. When we removed the second bearing plate, there was indeed damage starting, so his assessment was correct. Based on this experience, I would recommend Moises and Aladdin.

Friendly, very professional. Did door alignment for no extra charge. Problem with door not closing at first try has been fixed.
