Aladdin Doors

I called Aladdin Doors on late Monday afternoon 8/2/2021 to replace 2 garage door springs, one of which had broken, trapping my van in the garage. Happily they scheduled an appointment for the next day 9-11 AM. Kyle arrived about 9:05 AM,, following the text and email messages sent by Aladdin that he was on the way. He was friendly and efficient, quickly replacing the 2 springs in 30-35 minutes while answering my questions. Cost $295

Tech Sam walked into my garage and within 10 secs said that I needed a new opener without any inspection of the unit. Refused to provide a door adjustment and only stated he would install a new opener. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, ONLY MONEY.

Great experience. Kyle was very knowledgeable and had the part to fix our garage door right away. We appreciated that he was wearing a mask and properly distancing while explaining the repair to us.

The cables had snapped on our garage door and the door was vibrating a lot when opening and closing. Also, the electric opener was working at its maximum capacity and it could not be adjusted any higher. I was very pleased that a technician could come as soon as the same day as my call, or the next day, which is what I chose. I liked the fact that the company sent a text that allowed me to see exactly how long it would take the technician to arrive. Because I did not know why the garage door was not opening properly, the technician courteously explained how the parts worked together and what we needed for our door, along with the various options for the repair. He also explained how to maintain the smooth operation of the door. I felt that all the charges were fair, and I was very pleased with the technician who preformed all the work. If we should need any service in the future, I would definitely call them again. I highly recommend this company.

They answered the phone and scheduled an appt for that morning. Kyle was punctual and professional. We discussed options. He replaced the opener apparatus and other components as discussed. He explained everything to me and answered all questions. I would definitely hire them again, although I hope I won't need to.

Had my garage door spring break at 830 in the morning and called Aladdin and they were able to have Kris out between 10am and 12pm. Kris gave me a call to let me know he was on his way and I was sent an automated message where I could track his location live. Came and told me exactly what needed to be done and what the price would be. Work was done quickly and was done well.

Great! Very professional! Gave good maintenance advice on how to avoid problem in the future.

He replaced the metal supports. Worked well for about a year but is noisy again and vibrates when raised.

Replaced our old wooden garage door with a new 9 ft wide x 6-1/2 ft high Clopay Premium Series insulated garage door. (We kept the existing opener.) Came out on the day we asked, and only took a few hours to take out the old door and install the new. Also hauled away the old door and brackets. Happy with the door and the service.

One of the springs snapped on a Monday morning, ugh. Aladdin had someone on site and new lifetime warranty springs were installed within ninety minutes of me contacting them. I have used Aladdin before and have always found them to be responsive, professional and affordable.

My garage door would not close during cold weather. I set up an appointment with Aladdin and they came out the next day. The technician saw the issue was with the door rubbing the bottom of the door jam and the brackets for the door's track had no more room for adjustment. He built blocks so the brackets could move, adjusted door to close properly, and performed an inspection and tune-up on the door. There have been zero issues since Aladdin's service call. I would definitely hire Aladdin again.

The person who took the information was very polite and the price was fine. Received a call early the next morning from the service person who was on the way. He was fast and efficient as well as polite. Had I not had the experience with having springs replaced 10 years ago. I would not know how important it is to have the service person test the rise and fall of the door to check the alignment. The door is not returning in a smooth flow as it should. This is usually part of the installation process that was not included. I am disappointed by this avoidance.

Aladdin Doors office was very friendly, scheduled a service call to come out within a couple hours. The technician was fast, friendly, and very helpful. He quickly fixed what I needed fixed, recommended one enhancement (new rollers), but wasn't pushy about it. Also gave exact price via mobile app, showed me invoice, and emailed it shortly after he left. Price seemed very reasonable.

They are awesome!!! I had 2 other "garage door repair" companies come to my house and both told me that my garage door was un-fixable and quoted me $2k-$3k to replace it. The Aladdin technician, Emilio, was much more honest and went to work immediately unbending the garage door and reattaching it to the tracks and was finished with the repair in under an hour for a very reasonable price (<$100) saving me thousands of dollars. It looks good as new now!

It went really well. The technician explained to me how the system was not configured correctly by a previous company and it had basically caused that opener to break a key part that there is no replacement part for. He was really credible in how he explained it and showed it to me. So then I realized I needed a new opener system and we talked through options and he had the one with him that I wanted to go with and he installed it pretty quickly. I felt "robbed" by my previous provider, but Aladdin did a good job of "cleaning up" the situation.

They send out coupons that we get in a coupon package list. They were very prompt. They did what they were suppose to do. I got a special deal with the coupon that they will come out and do preventive maintenance on your garage door. Which is $49, which is an great deal. They are familiar with my property. Once you hire some of these contractors they do satisfactory work, well then your tenants will tend to call them back. Its an quantity, and not guessing with someone else.

Received an initial consultation and was able to have the garage door replaced and repaired in less than a week. The company was able to save me money by only replacing the damaged portion of the garage door and not the whole thing. Additionally, we live in a town home and there are strict requirements by the condo association to match the same model and color. Aladdin was able to source the right parts. Work was completed in about an hour or so. Very satisfied with the quality of work. Would hire again.
