Aladdin Doors

Aladdin doors did an excellent job of inspecting our garage and pointed out why our garage door was making a loud ruckus and going really slow. After replacing our garage door opener and a couple parts, our garage door goes smoothly and really quietly!

Went well. Was given a free estimate in case future work was needed on the door cables.

These guys were great and very professional. They even called me in advance to inform me they are running 30 Min. late. As the job before mine was taking them longer than expected. They called in advance NOT when they were suppose to be here!!! Which gave me time to do some errands before they got here! I was not waiting around for them for nothing!

All went fine. They did call me in advance, to inform me they were running late. As thy were held up by previous job which I appreciated!

Great!!! The technician arrived when he said (he called to give us a specific arrival time). He was polite, professional, and replaced the spring (with a heavier duty model that has a lifetime warrenty). And along the way he made several other (gratis) adjustments to the door so it would work smoothly. Did the work fast, neatly. Overall a great experience!!

Very fast response!! it was an emergency call and they came to my house in no more then 20 min! the techinitian worked pretty fast and very profesionally . I am very pleased with the service they performed and grateful that I could find them in saturday afternoon, other wise I could not have taken my car out of the garage all weekend.

On time, professional, friendly, and thorough. Explained everything and even programmed the opener on my Subaru Outback. Installed a Liftmaster 8365 with two controllers and the coded remote near the garage door.

That was good, they were on time. I was pretty satisfied. I think they fixed a broken garage door. I think I spent about $180 more on top of the $59 because there was a part that needed to be replaced, so they replaced that part. They came on time. They were pretty professional and responsive. It was good we didn't have any other issues after that.

We stopped at the store to see their products, and were treated very well by their friendly staff. They came out to give us an estimate which compared favorably to the other estimates we had. The two guys who came to install the door were friendly and professional, and mentioned a small problem which they would come back and fix later. We had to call the office to get the problem resolved, but after our call someone did come out to fix it in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

24 hour service was charged way too much to replace two springs, which I later found out were undersized. They did offer 3 year warranty, if they are still in business. Also, the name of the company was not Aladdin but Illinois garage Door Repair.

Called Aladdin at 7AM, Got appointment between 10-12. They arrived at 11:45 and had the job done by 12:20.

Issue was prepared and door is working fine.

I contacted Aladdin to have one spring replaced. When the technician came out he was wonderful. He took a look at the garage door as a whole and educated me on all the parts and pieces and what the wear and tear could eventually lead to. He informed me of the things that needed urgent attention and some things we could do to keep the damage from spreading. He was efficient polite and professional. I will definitely be contacting Aladdin when I'm ready for a full door replacement, and would highly recommend.

Moises arrived on time and performed the replacement and installation of a Liftmaster 8365 chain drive with keypad. He also programmed the code into my Outback to eliminate the need for a separate remote. There was an optional choice of replacing the rollers which was an additional cost of $128.00 The Angie's List coupon was $425.00 for the Liftmaster. Moises was extremely professional and explained each step and the total process.

The installation of the new system was completed in a timely manner, and at the agreed upon price.

I was very impressed with the service. He explained everything that I should look at regarding maintenance and future repairs. I found his suggestions to be very helpful. I do recommend this service provider.

Daniel was great. Very responsive. Fixed everything. Explained what he did, as well as future things to consider replacing.

Great! The team who came out identified that the chain was also worn down because the garage opener motor had been working too hard with the broken spring, as well as the rollers were worn down. The guys worked quickly and even threw in a new closing sensor when they doublechecked the work at the end.

Technician was very prompt and got right to work. I felt the price was a little bit high, but I have not had to replace springs for a long time and we do have a very heavy door. I upgraded to heavy duty springs with a lifetime warranty, and had to replace the support bar due to damage done to it previously, which both added to the higher cost. The technician was very thorough and very nice, making sure everything was operating properly. Even spent time working to program my car remote system that I had not taken the time to do since I bought my car. Overall great company to work with.

Great, they came out on time and finished the job in 45 minutes. I have no idea what springs cost - they always try to sell "lifetime warranty" and say normal springs life is approx. 4years. I think that is probably not accurate since my last springs lasted over 10 years in brutal weather/high use. I paid $320 which is a bit high considering a 45m job, but the company has great people so I am not going to complain to save $50 or do it myself and hurt someone!!!
