The service technician arrived and worked quickly and efficiently. I told him about the bugs we have in the laundry room each summer, and although I have only seen a few this year, he sprayed down there also.

Great! The representative that came to my home was VERY understanding of my concerns about my cats being exposed to the poisons. We discussed at length and together came up with the solution of moving the cat trees to one room, spraying them, and closing off that room for a few days. Then I vacuumed the trees thoroughly and scrubbed them with soap and water before allowing the cats access to them again.

We thought we had a possible mice or varment in the attic. The technician said he would not go up in the attic so he left a small trap just inside the attic door. I was not happy with that.

Over the next 5-7 days, we had several ants come out of the door frame and die within a 10 foot radius. By the end of the week there were no more ants. We never saw a live one in the house after Aerex sprayed. The technician was very friendly, professional and did a good job of explaining how the annual contract works.

Overall, I have been satisfied with their service. In the past if I had seen a bug or something like that that I shouldn?t have, they will come out and re spray. One guy comes out all the time, so I am familiar with him. He is very professional and very personable. He is thorough in his work. He goes into all the rooms in the house and sprays. He also makes sure that I get the outside done.

We needed treatment for ants. Aerex was able to schedule a visit that afternoon. The service person actually contacted me and arrived sooner because he was in the neighborhood and it would be more efficient. He did the required spraying quickly and professionally. Pleasantly, the problem appears to have been addressed without a return visit.

Our experience was great from start to finish. When I scheduled the appointment the operator was polite and knowledgeable. Our exterminator was very professional. He wore booties anytime he was inside. He took the time to answer my questions, and to let me know what to expect. We were having problems with ants coming up though the hardwood floors and he took the time to fill the larger gaps with the ant gel. He also called earlier in the day to let me know he would be running late. I appreciated the advance notice so I could run a few errands in the meantime. So far we have not seen any more ants (we are at Day 5) so I would say the product was effective.

They come twice a year. We have been using them for five years at this house, as well as using them previously at my old house. They do an excellent job. I always have the same representative. They know the set-up at my house, they are very friendly, and professional. They call to set up times before they come. They let me know when they are running late. I will continue using this company in the future.

I like them because the woman who answers the phone is very friendly and they call back promptly. The same technician comes out from the first time we started to use them. He gave me his cell number and said if I have any problems I can call him. He is a really nice guy and does a thorough job. They are efficient and friendly. They are always here on time or early. The service is great.

They were prompt, professional and took care of the problem. A fall follow-up spray was included. Due due high levels of moisture this year, the ants returned a couple of months later, so we called Aerex again. The re-spray was about $25.00 but it solved the problem and we haven't seen any since. They were able to accommodate us with a Saturday appt, which was appreciated.

They come out early, do the job, are kind and friendly and then move on. They do a great job.

The contractor was polite, but the Arex pricing policy was very difficult to follow and left room for lots of additional charges: two annual spraying of $125 each for a maximum of 8 rooms and an additional charge of $3 per room for bugs. There is an additional cost for wasps: $35 per visit with a 30 day guarantee plus $30 for the first nest found and removed and an additional $10 for each additional nest.

Their prices are high but we haven't really compared to other companies in the area. They're good about spraying only where we need it. The only thing is that we really prefer they don't put their gunk on our windows.

Wes came at the designated time and checked the baits from before. He helped point out some work that needed to be done in my basement to fix the situation. It didn't cost anything because they allow a free visit within six months, but they extended it a bit for me.

There have been times when I have to call them to come back, which they will do at no extra charge. They are responsive and nice. I consider their pricing to be good, and I would recommend them others.

We have used these guys three times so far and have been happy with them. They come on time and stay for about thirty to forty minutes spraying inside and outside. When it is time, they send a reminder post card in the mail so I know it is time to call and make an appointment. I am glad I use them. The service is helping a lot.

This provider has moved from the Elston address. When I first called, they asked for my area code (773) and said, that they no longer did work in this area. Then, when I expressed surprise and mentioned my neighborhood, they scheduled an appointment. They came the same day, I called. The tech started spraying almost, as I started to talk to him. I had concerns about pets and the treatment method. I still do. I have to admit pesticides in general, concern me. He sprayed between the water bowl and the baseboard. The treatment was not what was recommended on several web sites (find nests, drill hole, puff in pesticide, seal hole). It was just to spray the perimeter of the rooms at the baseboards. Although, 1 week later, I have no ants.

We had a problem with ants in the kitchen, but not after Aerex treated the kitchen and house. In addition to the routine spray (where it was safe to use), he set up small plastic traps in the kitchen. We had no other problems in the house.

I called for an appointment and the earliest they could come out to me was almost two weeks out. My appointment was scheduled for a Friday between 2 and 4. I waited at home and at 3:45 called to find out if/when they were coming. The offices were closed! I had to wait until Monday to report that no one came. When I talked to the operator (or whoever answers the phone) she seemed unapologetic and unconcerned when I told her no one showed up. I set up another appointment four days later (on Thursday) and had to be given a longer window of time to wait (three hours instead of two). This all just happened, so I have not yet had my rescheduled appointment.

The people at Aerex were nice, but their price was higher than the vendor I chose.

Had an ant problem. Aerex came and sprayed inside and on the outside. Ants were gone the next day. Aerex also called me back to schedule 6 months free preventative maintenance spraying. Their employees were very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable.

THEY TECH KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HOWEVER HE TOLD ME THE SPRAY SHOULD LAST MORE THEN SIX MONTHS. THE CENTIPEDE PROBLEM NEVER WENT AWAY. I SCHEDULED THEM TO COME BACK THIS WEEK AND WOULD GIVE ME NO BREAK ON THE PRICE. I OFFERED TO HAVE THEM COME OUT MORE OFTEN AT A REDUCED RATE. THEY REFUSED ME ALL TOGETHER.

I LEFT A MESSAGE ON A SATURDAY AND THEY RETURNED MY CALL FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AS I ASKED. THEY WERE ABLE TO SET UP A TIME TO COME OVER ALMOST RIGHT AWAY. THE TECHNICIAN, BILL, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE WAS EVEN EARLY!

ALL THE TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN GREAT OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHAT THEY SEE (IF ANYTHING). I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
