Larry has been coming to my home for years. He always does a great job and makes sure we are not having any pest problems. If we do, he takes good care of our home. I would highly recommend Larry and Aerex to anyone.

Our technician (Mark) was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He arrived early, but called ahead to ask if that was OK (it was). He quickly identified the ants we called about, told us how they should best be treated, and rapidly treated all levels of our home. We are very satisfied with the service he provided

They were gone gone gone. He came and did the trick. Took very little time. He also set up traps for some pantry moths that were in our furnace room. They were already gone for the season, but we think/hope the situation won't return next year. We would call again. We tried many things ourselves and nothing worked. So I should've called sooner.

Punctual Professional Polite The window where the ants were coming in was treated. We were told that if any more ants came back, they would come out and respray. We did have a few more, they came out again and sprayed (under warranty). So far so good.

The service tech (Andrew) was on time, professional, and helpful. He did a good job assessing the problem and explaining how he solved it. 24 hours later the yellow jackets are gone. I know I don't have to worry because they have a 30 day guarantee. Thank you!!

I have used Aerex for years as far as pest control goes. I have used them for almost 40 years now. I have a contract with them, they come out twice a year. They keep track of the times, there's six months in between. They guarantee their work for 30 days if there is a problem, I haven't had any problems, so I haven't needed to use that part of their service. I started using them when I had my dog. I had my dog for 19 years. I continued to use them. I would recommend them very highly, and my daughter uses them now. It was part of my year contract, so I didn't pay today. I purchased the contract six months ago. I've never had a problem. I have had maintenance on my home for years, and years. I have been very satisfied with their pest control service. I think they are a solid company. They are reliable, dependable, and very good to their employee's there. The employee's stay there. I've had the same man for years, he was with me for almost 20 years. My first dog lived almost to 19 and Vince was with me almost the whole time. They must be a good company to work for.

I've been satisfied with the company and I'm consistently using them.

It is a separate service that they offer. It keeps the bees away from the house, especially during the summer months, when you're grilling you don't want the bees coming around you, when you're preparing food on the barbecue. One spray is from the ground up approximately five feet and then there is a second spray that is five feet from the foundation going out from the house. These are two different services and I use them both. The two services were about $260, the bees was $130 and the exterior foundation was $140. They did the exterior foundation for the crawling bugs and the power spray for the bees, wasps and hornets. Once they came out, I've never had a problem. You stick with a company that you find to be reliable. I would put them in this category and I've been with them for so many years.

It was part of the maintenance contract. Over the years, their rate has increased. Over the 30 or 40 years I have been with them, obviously it has gone up, but it hasn't gone up every year. At times they have stayed the same for a couple of years in a row. I was not watching so much their pricing. I haven't checked to see if they were in line with other companies, I've been satisfied with them for so many years that I have continued to use them.

They do a wonderful job! I have not had any problems since they came out and sprayed. They also do my office and I have had no problems there as well since they came out. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
