I think that they were very highly rated on Angie's List, but we continued to have mice even after they came out. I paid for two visits but only used them for one because I felt that they didn't really go around and check as to where the mice might be coming from. They just put traps around that I could have done myself, and which I did. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive. They came on time and were very pleasant, responsive and professional, and their billing was professional and all that, but I just don't think that they do a good job with mice. I think that they are good for coming and spraying for bugs and insects, but where rodents are concerned, I think that they need to look at some methods to prevent their entry into the house. I rely on an expert to look at a problem and tell me what needs to be done and I don't think they have it. Rodents are not their strong point and they don't do it well. I had used them in my previous house for ants or something and they are good for that. I would not use them for rodents.

They are pretty good. We use them every six months. They do two services every year and it is about $100. They have a service if we have additional problems where they will come out in a month if things are bad after they have sprayed. It definitely helps when they do the spraying. They are definitely professional and get their work done pretty quickly. They are respectful of our property. Their prices are not too much but they don't tell us what is going on or give us advice.

Spring rains brought carpenter ants into our home, so I needed to find a good exterminator. Aerex explained their service options, even suggesting an available coupon on their web site. Service agent explained their service in detail and reviewed possible entry points for the ants (large trees and gutters). Since I was concerned about our dog and children, he explained that the product they use is safe to use in our home. Agent sprayed throughout our home and the exterior. While we have seen additional ant activity outside, we have not seen any ants inside. Aerex will return for problems within 30 days.

They are very punctual and they come the same day you call. They are very professional and they seem to do a good job.

I have been using them for the last 20 years. They have provided good service. They have a reasonable rate as well. They do a good job of getting rid of the wasps, hornets and stuff, but they are not so great on the carpenter bees.

It went fine. Over the phone it was great. The ants are gone.

This company has been absolutely wonderful. I've been using their services for around 40 years. The certified technician, Scott Hudson, has been with this company for 29 years. He's the technician that we have primarily dealt with for those past 29 years. He is personable, professional, and very efficient. He is always punctual; always arriving within the window of time he gives us. He also always take off his shoes or put booties on over them, which is very courteous. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. His work is effective, and if we ever have a problem he will come out and spray again for little or no charge.

They were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of when I called. The service technician was on time. He explained the procedure and provided the service quickly. I thought it was a bit pricey given how easy the procedure was. The benefit is that we don't have left-over poison sitting in our garage. I would call them back if the bees returned to less easily reached location or for other extermination work. If the bees came back to the same place, we'd dust them ourselves.

We didn't notice the nest until it was quite large - about the size of a football. A relative who is knowledgeable about insects said he had no idea how to get rid of it, but the tech from Aerex totally obliterated the nest with a high pressure insecticide spray. He was confident enough to do it without protective gear or clothing, and it took only one visit.

I thought we had only one cute little mouse but when I discovered droppings that couldn't possibly be from only that one, I knew it was now us against them. I would've preferred a more humane method of elimination, but I had no choice...there was a community. Aerex came and placed the baits everywhere I told him there were mice. He said they'd return free of charge if they were still there in 2 weeks, but I have seen no sign of them. I placed traps with peanut butter to make sure, and they never touched the traps so I know they're gone. Would definitely use them again.

Whatever it is that they use, it does a good job because we don?t have any bugs in our house. They are punctual, clean, professional, thorough, and honest. We have been using them for over 24 years.

The quality of their work was good, and it seemed to work for us. They were responsive. I will use them again in the future.

We have a 6 month contract with them. They send the same person each time and he is really nice. I told him about an issue we were having and he looked in extra areas, more than usual. He was very professional and did a great job. We haven't had the problem with the pests and definitely not the ants that we were having before. There is no additional charge for him to come back for multiple visits because it is part of the contract.

They were good. We have used them before but not for several years. We had a horrible hornets nest right above the door which used to bother us whenever we went in or out of the door. They sent someone out the next day and he got rid of it. We haven't had any problems after that.

The first time they didn't get them all but they did come back and did it again.

They seem to know what they are doing and that is why I use them.
