The service tech asked what problems I was having and sprayed the baseboard area inside the entire house. He also sprayed the courtyard outside, near the area the ants were coming in.

They had an opening a day later it went very well! They were very nice on the phone and the service man was very pleasant and seem to know what he was doing as most of the box elders were gone almost 20 mins later....I will definitely keep using them as the owners before us did.

The technician came promptly at the appointed time. He sprayed the hornet's nest with .03 TALSTAR P E.C., insuring the nest was completely saturated before destroying the nest and all hornets. The technician was very courteous and insured the hornet threat was eliminated. Kudos to Arex and their team for a job well done!

I like them. The tech that I have is very nice, always make sure I do not have problems, and always go through everything.

Performed as communicated. 2nd treatment required but know up-front. Better communication regarding treatment of / home owner preparation of carpeted areas could have been better.

They come, they go around the house, refilling mouse traps etc and leave.

I have used Aerex for over 25 years. There is one annual fee for two visits. Scheduling is easy. Technician always arrives in the time frame requested. Application visit takes less than 30 minutes. Technician is efficient and friendly.

Service man arrived on time and perforned job very quickly. Good results.

Very professional service and would very much recommend to anyone. We signed up for the annual plan, the first service was in May 2012, and they were just out again a couple weeks ago as promised. Very thorough service and great communication throughout the process.

They were fine. We had no problems with them, and they charged us per visit.

I have been using them for 12 years. They've always been great and they come out on saturdays. I have a lot of confidence in them. They are very accommodating.

Showed up on time. Services as described. Other area had problem, they came back and treated at no charge. We will use them again and again.

I like them so far. They are very professional and timely. I called on Tuesday, just a few days ago, and they told me that the same guy who came out wouldn't be available until Friday. He ended up calling the next day telling me that he could come by early in the morning on his way to work on Thursday, leaving me an option to call him on his personal phone line. I was impressed with that. We did use them years ago too and they did a good job then as well. I would highly recommend them.

They come out, but I still get bugs and mice sometimes. I rate them fairly and I will probably continue to use them again in the future.

They come out twice a year to provide service. They will come out if I have a problem in between service visits. They are very reliable and consistent.

They are professional and take their job seriously. The spray does not have a smell to it. I think they are a good company.

I think they are really good. I have been using them for fifteen years. I started with them and their service has been really good. I have had the same representative for all these years. They come back if there is a problem without additional charges. Their prices are reasonable.

We were scheduled to have a non-routine visit on October 10 because the last quarterly visit was missed. They were to service the common areas of our property and ten units between the hours of 9 and 10 am. The procedure, per our Board of Directors, to schedule a visit for a unit during this particular servicing was to notify the Management Company directly. Our management company was notified that we wanted service well in advance. We confirmed with our management company a few days prior that we were "on the list". We provided the management company with our name, unit number and phone number as required. I made sure I was home all morning on the 10th and did not even leave our unit to take out garbage. I even waited to take a shower for concerns of missing a knock on the door. When 10:05 rolled around and there was no knock on my door, no door bell rang, not a phone call, I called Aerex to inquire. The woman I spoke with was not helpful. She was dismissive and simply wanted to placate me by telling me that if we were on the list the Technician would be by. She said that the Technician had checked in and was being walked around the property by our maintenance man (keys) and she suggested that I go find them. I explained that I was not about to go running around our entire condominium building looking for a technician that might be in someone else private unit. A ridiculous suggestion. She became quite defensive and insisted on talking over me and did not want to listen to my full concern. After some coaxing, she could not raise her technician on the cell phone and could not tell me with any certainty if their technician was still on site or not. I explained that I needed to know when because I had a doctor's appointment. She did not seem to want to look into the issue any further. She said that the Technician might have started late and that 9-10 am was not the time window that they were on site, but rather the time window that the Technician starts rounds. So I asked how much longer I needed to wait. She had trouble giving me an answer. I had to coax a response out of her, like - the technician should be there in no more than another hour to an hour-and-a-half. I was "disconnected" once and had to call back during this inquiry. By the end of the phone call (second one) I was quite irritated. When 11:15 rolled around and still no knock on my door, no door bell rang, not a phone call, I called our management company to inquire. Our management company assured me I was on the list, as I trusted because we even confirmed with them. So, I called Aerex again. Another person told me that the technician had already left and that it was our maintenance man's fault if the Technician did not come to our unit. But our maintenance man does not give Aerex the list, the management company does this directly. The maintenance man only opens doors and directs to nit numbers based on the list Aerex has. At this point I was truly P!$$@$-off and demand to speak with a manager. By now they were on alert and circling the wagons. I was transferred to their sales and marketing manager. I explained the situation to him. He stated that I was on the list and that the technical had been by and there was no answer after he had knocked on my door. I sated again the there had been no knock on my door and at this point he was essentially calling me a liar. I was quite critical of their operation. He said had be happy to cancel our whole contact and refused to service our unit ever again. 1) Why after the first phone call to Aerex did thy not make sure that their technician came by ? Why did I have to call back after another hour only to find out the technician left ? 2) Later our maintenance man would confirm that they did not stop buy out unit and that we were not on the list. Maybe their office gave their Technician the wrong or an incomplete list ? Maybe their technician had multiple lists and got them mixed up. 3) Why rather than remedy the situation did they decide to blame the customer ? Our unit was also serviced back in late spring / early summer, I forget the date. That technician was late. That technician sprayed pesticide all around our cat food bowels. When I asked him about it, he said it was not harmful to pets. I asked him if he would spray it on his pet's food. He didn't like that. I threw away the food and sanitized the area. Aerex will never be allowed on any of my property, never.

I originally contacted Aerex's this past February when ants decided to come in out of the cold and think they were going to share the heated indoors with me. As I was reviewing costs/services from some of the big name companies, I came across information about Aerex's. Reviews were favorable from many sources, so I gave them a call. The representative was very friendly and assured me that ants in February is not all that uncommon. They were able to send a technician the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and took care to explain how they treat the home and how the treatment works to control insects. I was skeptical, however, within a week or two, the ants seemed to turn themselves around and march right back outside (or, at least, they were no longer coming inside). When it came time for the 2nd visit this fall, I received a postcard reminding me to call and schedule an appointment. Again, the representative was very friendly and asked if I had any questions/concerns. And very much like the first visit, the technician who visited my home was professional and knowledgeable about their work. Compared to pricing from other services, I consider Aerex's to be a high-quality value. The service worked and I find their rates to be economical/affordable. I will continue count on them to keep the ants (et al) at bay.

Just had the work done so cannot speak to effectiveness yet, but I was really happy that I was able to schedule the apppointment, have them show up exactly on time, do what they said they would do, all in a professional manner. Based on this level of professionalism I would use them again in the future.

Everything has been just fine with this company. I have used this company many times before. They were very easy to work with and I will continue to use this company.

On the rare occasion that the wasps managed to build themselves a whopper of a nest after the house was power sprayed, as they did to us this year, one call back to the company is all it took. The call was answered with a friendly voice, a plan to come out asap and the problem was resolved at no additional charge. :)
