Description of Work: Hugo, from Aerex did a bang up job. We had tiny ant problems though out the house. A 3 bedroom ranch with a finished insulated crawl. Hugo did a 9 room spray. Their chems are pet/people free of any bad stuff. Their products are industry compliant against harm to humans, pets etc. They are non toxic with virtually no smell. Hugo also installed a couple of blocks in the basement for furry intruders and a fumeours strip in the crawl to keep pests out. We were very impressed. If within 30 days an ant is spotted they will re-spray at no cost. After that $30.00. The protection is guaranteed for one year. The cost covers 2 applications. Now and in six months. Their office person Jackie gave us complete protection options. We plan this spring to have the foundation treated 2x a yr. Could not be more pleased. We like Aerex as they are family owned and operated. No contracts or ridiculous pricing like the nationally advertised firms. Use them.

Description of Work: We've been using Aerex for years to help manage a rodent issue. The technician is always professional and consistently arrives at the scheduled time. Their investigation is thorough and they answer and educate the homeowner to prevent issues going forward. I highly recommend Aerex.

Description of Work: Had a wave of wasps coming into the wall under my siding. I requested a call on their website, they called early morning the next day and we scheduled a time for them to come out and deal with the situation. It worked perfectly and I was not even able to be at the house for the service. Will use again.... hopefully I wont have to!

Description of Work: called because mice were in one unit of 2 units. the inspection was thorough, but the possible entrances where the mice were coming in were not closed off by technician. we were told where, how & what to do to close them off.we thought the closing off of entrances was part of service. the technician came in the morning...we requested afternoon.

Steve called prior to his arrival (per my request), spoke of the services to be performed, and proceeded to do the work both inside the home and around the home (where we are having ant issues). He answered all my questions and was finished in about an hour.
