Description of Work: This service was helpful because he went around the house (basement and exterior) to identify entry points for mice, and provided 3 bait traps and several glue traps. He explained how to seal entry points, but I did not realize that we as the homeowner have to purchase the supplies to seal entry points and do it ourselves.

Knowing is half the battle with mice for sure. Sorry about the repair work. When it comes to structural repairs, especially if the areas in question are gaps larger than the size of a quarter, we recommend hiring a general contractor or at the very least we'll tell you what you can pick up if you choose to do it yourself. Reasons have to do with licensing and the scope of work. Description of Work: I suspected a possible problem with a mouse in the basement, and called Burr. They were able to arrange an appointment for me at the end of the day so I didn't have to leave work early, which was great. The technician seemed very knowledgeable, and even though there were no signs of current mice, there were signs of past problems, so I opted to go with the treatment. The treatment should last 5-6 years, which gives me great peace of mind. Would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of pest control.

Description of Work: Randy has come out to my home two years in a row. I get rodent treatment in my house and outbuilding. I am surrounded by cornfields and need this service just before winter comes. Works out really well for me.

Description of Work: They took care of bees that had a nest on the roof behind the siding and coming into the house. No sign of bees. We had them many years ago and they did good work then also.
