That service was good. This was done on a 2 story home. Nobody was home when they did the service. We communicated by email and they gave us a re-cap of what they had one. They were easy to work with.

I bought the special on Angie's list. Was not home at the time, but I saw some debris and I knew the job was performed. Had blocked gutters, but no more. Great job, would hire again.

The service went fine. They did the service at my father’s house. They did exactly what the deal stated. My father said he felt like they did what needed done. He had no problem scheduling the deal.

We are scheduled to have the work completed this fall. They contacted me via email right after I purchased it. No additional fees were discussed.

They came while I was at work and did exactly what I had hoped they would do. All of the gutters on the house were cleaned and the workman even went out of his way to put my outdoor grill back on the porch.

Over all Rockford ProWash was very professional. They communicated well and came out when scheduled. Since they wanted more to clean my gutters and I found out that I also needed a new roof I decided not to proceed. The gutters had to come off for the roofing so they would get cleaned then. They told me how to get a refund from Angie's List since I did not use their service. Even though I did not use them they were very professional and easy to communicate with. Based on the experience I did have with them I would recommend them.

Very professional company. We were notified in advance about a slight change in the schedule and appreciated the phone call. The guys showed up as planned then and were friendly and efficient. They were careful about where they placed the ladder. They did a good job and cleaned up all the debris. We would recommend them to others and would use them again.

Got a call from their office that they were running late due to understandable reasons. When the came, they got right to work (2 guys) and finished quickly. They told me how much they removed and took all of it away with them for disposal. We agreed they'd call me next spring to have it done again. Everything went very well and it was certainly worth the money to find out the status of thosegutters!

Chris and his crew did excellent work on all projects. Chris was very attentive to our needs and communicated very thoroughly with us at all stages. He and his crew were extremely professional and personable to work with!

Our deck was a mess, and needed to be resealed. It was sealed prior to us purchasing the house and there was paint on the concrete pad beneath the deck. There was rust on the siding of the house and sidewalk. It took a while to schedule the estimate, we were playing phone tag. Chris came out and took a look at what we wanted done. Chris did tell me that they may not be able to remove all of the paint from the concrete. Chris also let me know that they would not be able to start the job for 3 weeks. We agreed on the estimate and Chris contacted me a couple of weeks later to schedule the cleanup. Chris and his crew did an excellent job cleaning everything, there was very little paint remaining on the pad, all rust was removed from the siding and sidewalk. The deck was also stripped and sanded. Most of the items that were on the deck were neatly tucked away beneath the deck. Chris contacted me to schedule the deck seal. I had to move my massive (400ib) grill in the house (two story deck) since I didn't want them to take it down stairs. Once again Chris and his crew did an excellent job. Chris is even going to bring some plywood to help me move the grill back to the deck. Our deck looks amazing, best money we spent this year.

2 years ago, I had a guy from Belvidere clean and stain my deck. He used a semi-transparent, which is to say a semi-solid stain. 2 years later it was peeling and looking horrible. I had 4 different contractors give me quotes and all 4 said I was stuck with forever using semi-solid to solid (paint!.....) stain in the future. They said the 9 year old deck was never going to clean up. One guy "politely" called it a disaster! And the average quote was $1600. ProWash's quote was $1900 and that carried a promise to remove the old stain. Chris from Rockford ProWash was positive from the begining that he could clean it up and clear stain it. Low and behold, after 6 punishing hours, Chris had it looking like it was new. And that is not an overstatement. My mother in-law came over and asked me why I had replaced all the deck board with new ones! No new boards! Just extremely clean ones. He then came back and stained. It looks PHENOMENAL!!!!!! I cannot say enough about Chris and the quality of his work. Excellent!!!! And he now has a lifetime customer!

Provider came to house cleaned gutters. They did a good job, were on time and easy to contact.

Beautiful job. House is really clean and did not use high pressure so the wash did not get behind the siding. The deck had not been cleaned and sealed for 10+ years and it looks new.

I called Rockford ProWash in October to set up a date to clean my gutters. We settled on a date of Dec. 2 at 1pm. We live in the woods and we need to wait until most of the leaves have fallen. My husband and I clean the gutters on a regular basis in the fall. (The ones we can reach), but we need someone to do the very high gutters. I mentioned to Rockford ProWash that if there is going to be snow or cold to call and we can do it earlier, etc. Today Dec. 2 I called to confirm the 1:00 appointment and they proceed to tell me that they can not clean them because there might be some ice in the gutters. They have decided not to clean gutters after Nov. 1. Hello, today is Dec. 2nd!!! What happened to calling me and telling me this ahead of time! If I would not have called would I have been called? I went out and just cleaned all my gutters that I can reach. I am a 56 year old women who does not clean gutters for a living and had no problem. You would think a company that does this for a living could figure it out. The temps have been pretty warm the last few days so I assumed there would not be a problem. I just need someone to come do the very high gutter in the front of my house. Anyone have any suggestions?? I would not recommend this company. I understand if you can not do it for some reason, but have the brains to let me know ahead of time.

He was prompt, the price was comparable to other bids. He is super friendly and cleaned my concrete patio for free! Very happy! My deck looks new and my house looks great!

Two men completed the work The jobs went very well. The roof looks much better, it had streaks of algar(?) which were removed. In addition the work is warrantied.

Rockford ProWash performed all services as outlined and made my roof look brand new! I would definitely use them again and would recommend this company.

They were excellent and I would give then an A. They were in and out and pleasant. They paid attention to my wood shed. All around grade A work.

Chris was on time and very courteous - He did a good job and cleaned up after him self - I plan to use him again every year and would recommend him to anyone.
