Description of Work: My house is a 100+ yr old Victorian house. I had the floors in three rooms refinished. All three were different woods - oak, fir, and maple. They did a beautiful job on the oak and fir. They had a hard time getting a stain color for the maple and I'm still unhappy with the color even though they did it twice. Their system is dustless as advertised and the water base finish they used dried very quickly.
