 + -1 moreSee the previous comments - It went very well. Could not have asked for a nicer serviceman who was well trained and very willing to do things as we wanted them done. Went out of his way to make sure all was OK.
Description of Work: We changed carpet service providers to Lonnie's Carpet Max as we needed a couple of different services. We first had all of the basement carpet spruced up. We needed a new pad and all of the carpet stretched as the previous installer [prior to us purchasing the home] did not appear to do a very good job. The individual that Lonnies sent did a wonderful job with the new pad and and the stretching. It looked very good without all the wrinkles. :-) Our next step was to have all the basement carpet cleaned. Lonnies has a wonderful truck mounted piece of equipment and a very well trained serviceman doing all of their carpet cleaning. The gentleman cleaning the carpet was very accommodating to our wishes and also had some great suggestions. We had some large rugs in the parlor sitting on top of the carpet and he suggested he take those rungs along with some we had in the kitchen and clean and dry them at their shop where they have large racks to hold the rugs for drying. A very through cleaning of all the carpets and the runs was done in a professional manner and we are very pleased with the job. Lonnies carpet max is definitely our new carpet place and will be our choice for all our carpet needs. Lonnie certainly has made the investment in talent and equipment to provide whatever service you might need. All of this work was completed at a very competitive price. We were very satisfied with the cost in light of all the extra services provided.

 + 0 moreFrom the moment we entered the store we were recognized and the sales man gave us lots of options and samples to take home. I really liked that the price quoted included items that were add-on expenses at other stores. I felt like I had a much better understanding of what we were getting for the money we had to spend. We did not end up having the work completed due to an unexpected household emergency that necessitated redirecting the funds we had for the carpet. i was extremely disappointed. When we are ready to move forward, we will not hesitate in returning to Lonnie's Carpet Max.
Description of Work: We went to this store for a quote to replace carpet in three bedrooms, a hallway, and stairway. I wished I had gone to Lonnie's first and not wasted time visiting other stores.

The work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up the everything they even vacuumed the areas they carpeted before they left. I would highly recommend Lonnies for your carpeting needs.

 + 0 moreWe hired Lonnie's to remove and install carpet tiles for our new office. My salesman was Bob and it was an overall great experience. The quote was very reasonable compared to others we received. Because they had to order the carpet the installation was later than expected, but Bob and George kept in contact with me letting me know the progress of the shipment. The carpet installers were professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

 + -1 moreThe furniture was returned after cleanup and vacuuming. The whole job was completed by 2 men in 5 hours. We were very impressed and pleased with the project.
Description of Work: A contracted crew moved furniture, removed the old carpet, prepared the floor, put down new padding, and laid new carpet in the family room, stairs to the second floor and in the upstairs hallway.

 + -1 moreOur salesman, Bob, worked with us through numerous moments of indecision. Once we selected the carpet we wanted, he ordered it and told us we could expect delivery in about a week. We received the call from the installation coordinator within a week. Since it was a big job, he scheduled the work for two days. The installers were here promptly at 8:00 a.m. and started immediately. They worked steadily. We are very satisfied with the entire experience! Thank you.

 + -1 more1. The carpet on the porch had water spots which were hard to see, except in perfect light. The first cleaning went well, but didn't completely remove the spots. I asked them to return, they did without complaint and the carpet looks much better now. 2. Carpet the whole house. The carpet of two bedrooms got mixed up early on,but they had already cut. (Miscommunication between me and the salesman.) Without complaint they changed the carpet to the correct room. They did a beautiful job installing, and are true professionals. 3. The grout especially was quite soiled in the kitchen. The result was as good as we could expect. Gratis cleaned the vinyl in the laundry room.

 + -1 moreThe store visit went very well, the salesman was very helpful. I found what I wanted for a great price. The only problem I had was with the installer who was three hours late. Once he get there he did a great job, didn't mark up any of freashly painted walls. He also did a good job of cleaning up afterward and offered to help movefuriture back in the room. Other than his tartiness everything went great.

They were very quick, from the time they received that they were out here in two days. Their punctuality was good. They had a very large selection. They had installers that you can hire and that was one of the things that we needed because we have a trial before. And we use Lonnies other place too, Lonnie's Stonecrafters. Compared to one other place they were a little higher but the quality was higher also. And the quality is excellent.

Very good service and would recommend them for value, installation and service.

 + 0 moreGreat experience with Lonnie's. They have great attention to detail and treat your home as if it were theirs. We knew that we wanted hardwood floors. Mark at Lonnie's walked us through our options from pre-finished wood flooring to unfinished. In the end we chose unfinished because we could customize the stain color as well as the finish. The entire project took about one week. The installers were very professional and left our home clean each night. They let us know what to expect each step of the project and followed up to ensure we were satisfied.

 + -1 moreThe installers did the whole job in one morning. They were very polite and efficient. They moved the stove and fridge themselves. They also installed all new baseboard. The finished floor looks excellent, no bubbles or flaws. We are very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: We purchased vinyl flooring for our kitchen. We brought the store sample book home and selected the material. The sales rep came to our home and answered all our questions. The order took about two weeks to arrive The single sheet of vinyl was installed over the old floor.

 + -1 moreReaching a representative at Lonnie's was easy. Was even able to communicate with the installer via email after initial contact was made. Quote was received in a timely manner. Had to follow up once because an email I sent them was overlooked. What was most important was how well they repaired the rippling carpet. This did not seem like an easy task because there are several offices in our hallway, and so it takes some expert cutting and stretching. Other installers said it couldn't be done because of the age of the carpet (1997). The finished job was done so well, I couldn't even remember where the ripples were, and the cuts to the carpet were not noticeable at all. Will definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: Repaired rippling of office hallway carpet. Excellent work! Other installers said it couldn't be done because of carpet's age (installed 1997).

 + -1 moreWent in to get an estimate. Salesperson came out the next morning to measure. Within that day he had a quote for us. Compared to Home Depot and Carpetland the prices were the best at Lonnies. We decided not to do carpet right now but will go back to Lonnie's when we have the finances.
