WE WERE JUST NOT SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION. AFTER CALLING THE STORE TO REPORT THE GLUE OR GREASE OR WHATEVER STAINS LEFT BY THE INSTALLER, THEY TRIED TO GET US TO USE SEVERAL THINGS TO GET THE SPOTS OFF OURSELVES - WHICH WERE QUITE A FEW. FINALLY THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AND THEY REALIZED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE WOOD

They put down vinyl and carpet. We've worked with Lonnie's for about 20 years. They stand behind any work or product. All the installations are high quality. I'd definitely use them again and again. They are very professional and friendly. They have a lot of inventory to chose from.

In the beginning, they forgot to call me back and had some miss communication. For example I went in to make a down payment for the refinishing and they said they would be out in two days to clean our carpets. We do not have any carpeting in this house then they could not find our file. I kept calling periodically to make sure that they have us down for that date. However, the end result was simply amazing!! Geno, Larry and the other fella, I forgot his name, did a spectacular job!! They arrived on time, were professional, and the results were again AMAZING. We never thought these old floors would look so beautiful. Well worth it!! Awesome job!! Highly recommend!! T. Henry

I can't say enough good about Lonnie's! I would recommend them to anyone. The salesman that we worked with was Brian Bennett and he is professional, fair, personable and helpful. Our first experience with them was an insurance claim on water damage on our kitchen floor. Our insurance company recommended Lonnie's and we were thrilled with the responsiveness, their helpfulness and the quality of the work they did. Brian helped me choose and new floor to replace the damaged one, and it is beautiful! Later we needed carpet, and because of our great experience at Lonnie's, and because they came recommended by a home stager that we hired (Michele at Simply Staged -- also amazing!), we went back to Lonnie's. We had gotten a bid from Empire also -- their bid had started at $2500, and we had talked them down to $1500. When I asked Brian for a bid, he came in at $1100 right off the bat. I feel confident that I can trust him to quote a fair price without any of the hassle or "games". The work was done quickly and well. I don't think I'd go anywhere else again if I was still in the area. There was one small glitch (I wanted them to stretch some other carpet in the home, but neglected to clarify that when they were doing the invoice). Brian made every effort to make sure that got done for us in time for the house to be listed. Not only does Lonnie's give great service, but their pricing is the best I've found as well. Highly recommended!

Their decorator came out and looked at our house then designed our backsplash from that. We had some leftover tile that we used around our fireplace so they used that tile in order to tie the two rooms together. It is beautiful. They came when they said they were going to and they put it up in record time; it was a two day job. They did all the flooring for the house when it was built and they are so responsive. The carpet looked different in the house and it didn't look right with the wall color so they came back and checked it. They brought everything that had with them and told me that was what I had ordered with made me a lot happier about it. It is very fine carpet and the interaction went very well.

The service was fine. After the installer put in the wood there was some sticky stuff all over the floor and we had a little problem getting that resolved. They finally did have to put in part of a whole new floor. We would probably use them again.

good. Tearing up the carpet exposed a damaged floor, the game plan changed when the floor needed to be stripped down to the sub floor. Lonnie's was flexible to ensure that we got the product and result we wanted at a price we could afford.

The installation crew, Chad and Justin, were great! They arived on time and finished the job efficiently. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. The salesperson from Lonnies was equally as attentive. However, when he was scheduled to meet me at my house to measure for the carpet, he was over an hour late. After I had waited for over 45 minutes, I called Lonnie's to check on his whereabouts, then he finally called me to say he'd be a little late.

From the sales person to the installer - all professional and very helpful. They wanted to be sure we were happy with the installation.

I was very impressed by how much they care about the job they do.I did the sub-floor in our basement and left them with some "challenges". They made my trim errors invisible when they put in the carpet. The same applies to the flooring and the carpet cleaning. We will use them again.

They haven't started yet. Everything so far has gone well.

The experience went really well. The two installers arrived at the designated time, explained the process they would be following for the next two days, and immediately began working. There was minimal (unavoidable) mess during installation, and when the work was completed, these men cleaned up EVERYTHING. There were no traces of their having been at my house. These men made the task look easy. That is, they knew what they were doing. They were unobtrusive. I was able to continue my routine uninterrupted. Very commendable was their patience with my little Chihuahua who barked at them much of the time. The process beginning with visiting Lonnie’s showroom to installation was painless, and the floor is beautiful!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend these contractors.

We had a water leak on the rerfrigerator that caused damage to our prefinished oak floor, but wasn't detected until weeks after the leak. Luke came out to review the floor and was punctual, professional and most of all knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and gave us the option of refinishing or repalcing the floor. After further discussion, he assured us that replacing the damaged boards and refinishing the floor would be the best solution. Bottom line... it looks great!!! The floor was only 5 years old but now looks better than the original. Their dustless system and attention to detail is unmatched in my book. A terrific experience and we highly recommend Lonnie's Carpet Max.
