Once they finished the patio, I noticed that there was damage to the siding. They sent a guy to fix it; both times he didn't have enough material to fix all the damage. After that I was not able to get Luis to reimburse me for the fixes. My phone calls now go directly to his VM. I would talk about the patio work, but after all I think is best that you avoid this contractor."

For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site.
