They got in trouble with the village for dumping gravel on the street (police came over to issue a citation), and then with the inspector for missing the inspection timeline.
Once they finished the patio, I noticed that there was damage to the siding. They sent a guy to fix it; both times he didn't have enough material to fix all the damage. After that I was not able to get Luis to reimburse me for the fixes. My phone calls now go directly to his VM.
I would talk about the patio work, but after all I think is best that you avoid this contractor.
