"We worked with Adolfo and his team now on multiple projects. He was professional and great to work with. We have a pool in our backyard where our pool equipment had to be visible and not hidden on the side of the house. We wanted to put a wall of some sort to hide the equipment. We had several contractors look and none of them could figure out how to do that since you couldnâ t go deep like you would with a normal fence because of the pool equipment line were. We had lost hope that there was any solution. We told Adolfo and he took it as a challenge and figured out a solution that worked great. "i went in and spoke to Deb. I told her the dimensions of the cabinets and I told her I did not have an island and bar installed yet, but I wanted a countertop for them. Granitex was quick to provide me with an estimate for the dimensions that I provided. when the technician came out, the technician said there will be a half inch over hang. Countertops is not my expertise so I took his word. I gave him the dimensions to the island and bar. I was thinking this company would be professional and would do the job in a professional manner. They delivered the countertop and the island counter top did not have the half inch over hand and it was shorter than the measurement I provided. I spoke to Roland via phone. He tried to speak professionally, but thats the extend to his professionalism. I explained to him that my wife and I were taken advantage off because countertops were not our expertise. Roland is refusing to correct their error and expects my wife and I to pay for a new slab so they can make a new island countertop. I then received an email from Deb raising false allegations that they were not made aware of the island and bar not being installed and raised other false allegations attempting to put the blame on me. I went to this company because I was referred. it was the worse mistake I have ever done. this company is far from professional and this company does not take responsibility for their errors and negligence. the cost of their error is too much to let go. There hasnt been any resolution and there will not be a rest to this until the matter is resolved."

They came out to do the work as soon as we approved the estimate and they worked every day until they were finished (approximately 2 weeks). The did a good job and we will use them by again."
