Heir cost is higher than others but their process is is very smart and quality high.

They were outstanding! they were prompt, they respected my house. They put everything back like it was. I will be using them again for my regular vents to be cleaned.

I was impressed even with my first call to this new company and what great customer service they have-they were able to come out the very next morning, if I needed it. When they came they were extremely knowledgeable. Alex is a very dedicated owner and he knows what he's doing, his assistant was Rubin who also was very good with cleaning all my air ducts and dryer venting. They even went up onto the roof of my condo building to check that everything was A-OK. I believe their cleaning charge was a very good value and I am going to give my paperwork/photos to the Board of our building as I think Duct Professor is a far better company to clean the Dryer Vents of all our 40 units here than the company who has been doing this service in the past. Alex and Rubin spent 4 hours here cleaning (the longest time any company has ever spent cleaning vents and air ducts) then cleaned up after themselves, showed me all the 'before and after' photos of every air duct and dryer vent..... These guys are a "10 -off the charts great" and you will not be disappointed when they offer services to you.....

Alex was a professional from the start! Needed only dryer vent cleaning done (2) & did not expect to find anyone willing to do such a small job... BUT, Alex came thru!! ON TIME!!! & explained the entire job to my husband ( turns out not such a small job!) very pleasant man, & I know we will get back to HIM when some other renovations have been completed!
