We had our furnace replaced by Duct Professor, if you are looking for a company that comes in replaces your furnace and leaves don't call these guys. If you are looking for a person to walk you through every aspect of replacing your furnace and the best options for your home. Someone to answer all your questions no matter how trivial, these guys are the ones to call. Replacing a furnace is a big investment and I wanted someone I could rely on, with these guys I hit the jack pot. I know we will be calling them to maintain our investment. For our home it is important to be able to trust someone coming into our home and doing the best job and that they did. They were very detail oriented, made sure every thig fit just right and cleaned up after they were done , like no one was even here. We even had our water heater replaced and that along with furnace and air conditioner we are worry free knowing we have someone to rely on for all our heating and cooling needs. Call Duct Professors well worth it.

Alex did not give a hard sell. The work was competed within one day of our signing the contract. His workers were efficient. Alex oversaw the work and came back to make sure we understood how to operate the system and that we were satisfied. Recommend 100%.

On time friendly and speedy

Alex was very thorough and knew immediately what the concern was and identified an error made by another contractor which could have been harmful. He was timely in his arrival to the residence and returned to perform the work on time. Would definitely work with this contractor again.

They contacted me soon after I submitted my request for a pro and they sent out a Technician the very next day. It was a quick fix and now the furnace is working! I do wish the technician had recommended things we can do to prevent another blown fuse. I hope it keeps working through the winter.

Alex was a knowledgeable professional who did quality work and obviously knew what he was doing. I would put complete trust in his recommendations and his ability to bring those ideas to fruition. Quality work by a true professional.

The workers were outstanding! They love the work they do and they all work as a team. They clean everything and leave no mess. They totally focused on the work they had to do and they installed a new water heater and a new furnace for me. I am so happy I found out about Duct Professor!

Katie called me within minutes of getting my Home Advisor request and scheduled me in within an hour. Alex was professional and wore a mask and social distanced with us to repair the AC capacitor and got the unit up and running. He didn't try to upsell us and changed the part and recommended cleaning and gave me some tips. He was easy to work with, and fair priced. I have already scheduled to have him come back in the fall to do routine maintenance on our Furnace.

Overall great experience from initial consultation through installation. Alex and his team were in time, professional and knowledgable. I quoted 5 different HVAC companies in the Chicago area. Duct Professor was not the lowest price but the air conditioner was 3 levels better vs nearest competitor at a much higher rate. We ran into some obstacles but the team was able to quickly assess the situation and find the solution. In the end, system running and very satisfied. If looking to purchase and install an HVAC system at lest put Duct Professor on your short list!!
