 + -1 moreWindow Pros was one of only two authorized Andersen window repair places I could locate in the Chicago area, even after phoning Andersen and some of the people they recommended. When I called Window Pros, the person who answered was knowledgeable about their products and was able to identify exactly the parts I needed without having to send someone out for a service call. (I had measured the windows and noted the mfg. info stamped on them before calling. Check the Andersen web site for help with this). She advised me about their rates, the estimated time it would to do the repair, and the time line for ordering the parts and scheduling the job. When the parts came in, she called as promised to schedule the job. Then she called as promised to confirm the service call for the repair. The repairman arrived on schedule and replaced the windows in the time estimated. He cleaned up after himself and even caulked around some of the wood trim he had to remove for the repair. In the end, the windows looked great and worked just fine, and the process and price were what I expected. Excellent.
Description of Work: Window Pros removed and replaced two Andersen casement window sashes and one stationary Anderson window sash from a high first floor. The windows being replaced had been scratched beyond repair, and some of the outside trim was damaged, but they worked fine.
