Mark was fantastic. He knows his stuff and he knew exactly how to fix my problem. Before he came I had two doors that were letting so much cold air in and he fixed them along with putting a new lock on my Anderson balcony door. There no longer is cold air coming in and my door slides great. I only wish that he wasn’t so busy because I have more work for him and I could see why they are so busy. He really made me feel confident with him and I trust him as he explains everything that he is doing and shows you exactly what the problem is. Great job!

Had 10 casement sash replaced and Mark was great. Each sash replaced quickly, cleanly, with no problems. It was great to know that Anderson still made my window after 30yrs. and that a company like Window Pros, Inc. is available to install or repair them. Fantastic job. Because of the expense and the amount of windows to replace, we decided to replace the windows in three batches. This was the last set of windows that Window Pros have installed for us over three years. Mark was efficient, professional, and concerned with cleanliness. Excellent Mark arrived on-time unfortunately I had wrong time in calendar. Mark waited 15 minutes till my wife got home. He was able to correct the problem and we know have a very smooth function door that opens and shuts perfectly. Thanks Mark

we had two men doing the work; one seemed rather new on the job and they both had to return at another time due to a leak in one of the windows repaired. They came back promptly and the windows are all fine now.

They replaced 2 window units....one in the kitchen and one in the utility room. Both were double windows. The old kitchen window had custom made trim to match my cabinets, which I wanted to keep. Jeff made some adjustments and it worked beautifully. I love my Anderson Windows! They are professional, thorough, and clean up after themselves. They even plugged the nail holes for me and rehung my weather gauge outside. I watched them caulk...real pros, straight line! I was impressed. Trim work on both windows was perfect! I would use them again...highly recommend!!!

The windows look great. They were hard to get ahold of to find out when the windows would be installed but once I did that they were fantastic.

Outstanding all around. I had 2 locksmiths and 2 door guys tell me the lock could not be replaced, and that I would have to purchase a new door.. Found these folks after calling around a bit, as they were referred to me. They said they could replace, so I paid and had them order the new lock system. We then scheduled the service call that was convienent for me, and Ron showed up Early, after calling me to let me know. Wow, someone early to an appointment. I never see that anymore 20 minutes later, the system was in place and Ron also took the time to square up my door some I would definately use this company again and would recommend Ron highly

The man who finally came to our house, Vince, was pretty nice, knowledgeable about our windows, and knew what the issues were. He said he was going to place an order for the parts, and get back to me about scheduling to come in. That was in early June. They sent me a quote ($321.20) which I approved on June 19. The owner, Joel, wrote back to say that parts would need at least 3 weeks to ship, after which he would schedule someone to repair. On July 30, I decided to email to find out what the status is on the parts, and Joel wrote back on the 31st saying the parts were in, but he'd have to pick them up in Woodridge and try to schedule something by the end of the following week. It is now August 14, and still NO word from Illinois Window Service. I wrote them today to cancel the order and will find another service to work with.

Cost was a little more 2% over other quotes, but workmanship and professionalism were excellent. They were timely and professional. They did the work quickly and efficiently, removed and replaced window treatments, protected or moved furniture and left no mess. They seemed to be experts in what they were doing. We were very satisfied with the work and finale appearance and plan to use them to replace a patio door.

Very good. Jeff was very clear as to what has to be done & gave an estimate accordingly. We where renovating a good chuck of the house and he understood the pressures financial and urgency to get things done that would enable us to move into the house. He put a plan that fit our needs. His team was very efficient in getting the work done. Jeff took prompt action when we had concerns as to the working of a window or two . It has been 5 months since the work has been done and we have no problems with the window. We highly recommend him.

I was looking for someone to repair some Anderson windows in our house. One of my neighbors used them and recommended them to me. I had them come out to review the problem windows and give me a estimate. They were very knowledgeable and even temporarily fixed one of my broken windows. They gave me an understanding of the what they would do and provided me a quote. I have not hired them to repair my windows yet. I have postponed the repair.

Installer arrived promptly and took measurements for the ordering custom thermopane glass and after supplying an estimate, the glass was installed 2 weeks later - a little expensive, but well satisfied with the work !

The Service Technician arrived onsite to provide an estimate to install a dual screen track system for an Anderson French door. We first went over the scope and then showed him the hardware that came with the house (not sure if it was complete or even for that door). Instead of just giving a quote and scheduling a second visit, he said that it looked like we had all the correct hardware for the door and asked if we wanted the job done for the $75 fee quoted by Jeff over the phone for the visit. We jumped on his offer and in 30 minutes, the track system was installed and the job area was left clean. We were very happy with the service provided.

The service representative arrived on-time and and not only installed the window sash but took the time to teach me how to replace a sash in the event one of my windows had to be replaced in the future. This was a rare and very welcomed opportunity from a professional window installer.

They did a very, very good job. He was on time, very professional and did this in a very short amount of time. He gave me his card and said if I have any concerns at all to call back. This was covered under my warranty. I would absolutely hire them again.

They gave me the contact information on a window company that is closer to my home then Window Pros Inc. I received an estimate from that company and plan to use them, but lost there contact information. I contacted Laurie from Window Pros and she gave me the name and number of the company that they recommended. She also spent 15 minutes on the phone to go over the information on that company. The service that they did for me with the research on closer companies was incredible. The company is reflected by the people they have working for them and I think that they have extraordinary people.
