I had several treatments until most recently when the grass in front of my house turned brown and looked like hay after a treatment. It's embrassing to have the front yard look like this. The technician came back out on the 26th to look at the grass and take a sample. He called later that night to say it could have a disease or could have been overfertilized. He told me the supervisor would come to look at it on the 29th, but no one came and I could not get them to come back even after calling. After the 31st, I haven't heard anything since.

Service is fine. I don't know if they have the best price of everyone, but they are stable and reliable.

No problems - this is a fairly easy job to get right.

I like them only because they provide organic products which I don't know if the others do. I have 3 dogs and I want it to be safe for them. The people from Spring Green come out when they know they have to. For example, they recently did work on the crabgrass, and now they need to patch it up, so they will be doing that. They do things according to the cycle of nature, I suppose. They are very accommodating - they always come out in the time frame that I want them to.

I've had a good experience with them. They come six times a year to spray. I don't see any weeds on my lawn. They come when they say they are going to.

I have used four different lawn companies and I think they are the least expensive. As far as I am concerned they do just as good of a job as anyone.

The website had a form that could be filled out to receive an instant quote. I liked this, as it immediately gave me a ballpark idea of what this type of service would cost. However, I was somewhat leery of accepting a quote when the provider hasn't seen my residence. I realize yard care isn't rocket science, but I believe a good professional will at least drive by or look at a plat map to confirm yard dimensions, or something...also, the online quote didn't give me an opportunity to ask questions to a person. We chose to go with someone else.

I pay for a package of services in the spring which gives me a 5% discount. There are about 7 visits. They call a day ahead before they arrive and leave a phone number to call if this is not convenient for me. I have two large areas that need treatment; front of house and backyard. For some reason, there is a problem with keeping the back completely weed free, but they are responsive to this and will come out for extra treatment.

I have been using their services for about two seasons now. They come, do what they do, leave a notice on my door saying what they did, and leave. I am satisfied with the work.

The employees of Spring Green Lawn Care are courteous and polite. They are timely and consistent and I never have to call to remind them to come out. Their price might be a little high, but I believe the quality of their work makes this worth it. We love the look of our lawn.

My yard was riddled with weeds and looked horrible. It is better now. There are still some weeds, but they are much reduced, and I'm sure after a full season of weed control, they will be gone. My lawn is so much fuller and healthier. I'm never home when they treat my lawn, but they always call the night before they come to let me know they'll be there.

Prices are great!! Service is punctual. I plan on using them next year.

THEY DO AN O.K. JOB ON THE LAWN BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO CALL BACK AND DON''T SEEM TO LIKE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS. THEY NEVER CALL BEFORE THEY COME SO IF YOU WERE PLANNING ON WATERING OR MOWING THE LAWN YOUR PLANS MIGHT BE DISRUPTED.
