+ 0 moreExcellent! The furniture was old and in need of a good cleaning. They worked hard to get it as clean as possible. They warned me that it may not look like new considering the material and wear of the sofa. I thought they did an outstanding job. I liked that they stated up front what they thought they could do with it! The carpets look great with no odor. I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday with little lead time. Both men were very professional and friendly. I was also able to use the 10% Angie's List discount which was subtracted from the cost of service. (10% off $248).
Description of Work: Cleaned a loveseat, sofa and 2 large carpet rooms.

+ -1 moreThe actual service was wonderful and the technicians were very professional and responsive. My complaint was with their punctuality. I received a call saying they would be later than originally sceduled in order to facilitate their schedule. I agreed happily as it actually helped my schedule as well. I left an event early to be home at the new designated time but they did not arrive for an additional hour. I might use them again but would let the owner know my concerns about the punctuality of the technicians. (Professionalism is only downgraded in the rating chart as the time promised was not honored.)
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in two rooms. Put plastic under feet of furniture remaining in the room. Cleaned up after themselves. Answered any quesitons I had.

They were thorough, professional, and were very diligent in the areas that they were cleaning. The end result was far better than I had hoped. The process brought much new life to the aging carpets. + -1 moreIt was excellent the team of two arrived a little ahead of time and were ready to go they came in and did their thing ask for I wanted on it but I want it done and I was very pleased I could've asked for more and the price cannot be beat the big thing was the carpets were 100% sanitized. I can't for the life of me remember the chemical that they use but you can walk on the carpets right after their steamed or cleaned and your pets can walk around and it causes no harm and it's environmentally efficient and the carpets turned out great. To top it all off I add an emergency today where I had a water leak and even though they had worked all day long they drove from the Palatine area 2 hora for A kind of emergency call that could have potentially been pretty bad as they not went out of their way to come over after they were technically done for the day. So I feel they deserve a second review they called me they told me they were at my house I wasn't there yet I told them they could go in they did the job as I pulled up they were packing up I want inside and everything was perfect so that's two experiences in 5 days with this company that were 5 stars all around. I have to be honest I normally don't ever leave a review on Angie's List unless they call me but these guys really deserve some praise so thanks guys I look forward to doing business with you again I hope you read this and I look forward to working with you in the future! :-)
Description of Work: The service provider was very professional and very friendly and was able to accommodate me for a cleaning I love my all my carpets in my entire house for an appointment within 24 hours of scheduling. There was a team of two workers they quickly analyzed the areas there were carpeted what areas need attention ask questions and details about what my main concerns were and what I expected and it was looking for and really listened. They were very efficient and worked very hard and quickly and sanitized all my carpets and they look brand new. There are some things that are not going to come out of carpet such as a bleach stain you know so that you would have to replace the carpets for but everything else came out except for a couple areas where I accidentally build pouring bleach and I was told ahead of time that that was not going to come out but everything is sanitized 260° was the temperature of the steam that was released from the truck powered mounted carpet cleaner. I am definitely going to use this service again the prices are amazing and they do do projects or jobs that can be specialized to your exact needs so I would recommend calling and talking with them to see what package is best for you prior to purchasing I lucked out and got the perfect package but I could have pay for something I didn't use or not paid for a room that I want it cleaned I would have to say that the efficiency was amazing the friendliness was awesome the courtesy and helpfulness to fit me in your schedule the next day was incredible and I would definitely definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service over all other services that I have used my over 10 moves in the past 7 years- guaranteed.
