I love this company! They are super-responsive, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Their cleaning system is incredible efficient, so they were done in just over an hour. I appreciated that they were on time and got done quickly, so I can get back to work. Plus, they were very friendly and were able to get out a stain that I had given up on! I highly recommend them!

Jason came in on time and performed the carpet cleaning very perfessionally and throughly. plus his price was very competitive and reasonable. Job well done.

Jason and John came today to clean an area rug, as well as my basement pool room. They also cleaned the stairs going down to the basement. They did a great job! They use a truck mounted system, not one of those rent a Rug Doctor units. Jason is very personable and passionate about his company and the job that they do. I would highly recommend. I love that they have a Job Satisfaction Guarantee.

I was very satisfied with the work they did. There was an additional purchase because I had them do extra work. They are very generous. I have a bedroom, living room and hallway carpet that was part of the deal. I paid extra for the stairs and 2 chairs to be cleaned. They work on stains, I had one stain I knew what it was and knew that it wouldn't come out, but they got every other stain. It's just amazing how good that is. My daughter is allergic to everything, she had no trouble after cleaning her room, whatever they use works really well for high allergies, thats a big deal to me.They are always punctual. They are very honest, they come in and do their job, they are very careful. If there is any problems they tell me about it.
