Very well. They came in and they did the job. They took care of the spots in the carpet. They were very well organized and we were very, very satisfied.

Took way too long to dry. They did not vacuum first. They moved virtually nothing.

Just a little note for you Jason my husband came home from work that evening and couldn't believe how nice the carpet looked. Excellent. They were prompt,thorough, and very efficient. They also made excellent suggestions as to future home care of my carpeting and left a bottle of their carpet stain remover which worked very well for me at a later date. I would use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone who need carpeting cleaning.

Very well. I had to pay extra for the stairs over the cost of the Big Deal but that was made clear when I made the appointment. While they were here, I asked if they could do the chairs and they did so for a small additional cost.

Fabulous! We have had many other carpet cleaners in the past and this was our best experience. Jason and Dennis did a very thorough job on our carpets which originally showed heavy traffic dirt and some pet stains. The carpets look like new again! Although we did not have pet odor throughout our home, the air in the rooms smelled cleaner, but not perfumed. We were very appreciative of this not only for our granddaughter who has some allergies but the cleaning products are safe for our pets as well. We were so impressed that we will be calling them back in the Spring to clean our 4 bedrooms and our upholstered dining room chairs. Kudos to DuPage Carpet Cleaning and Restoration!!!

Jason and his team were great! I called in a panic with water in our basement and they were able to come out the same day. They didn't push extra services and equipment on us but did what needed to be done. They also came for carpet cleaning a week later and were quick and reasonably priced. Would use them again!

Excellent. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous and they did the nicest job of cleaning the carpets of any company we have had out. They also did not aggressively try to up sell other services like other companies do. I recommend using them.

They were average. They did very wet shampooing. I just stood there and listened to them as they complained. They have to change the entire process to get a better grade from me. The carpet stayed wet for a long period of time. They didn't live up to expectations. I had to pay them extra because there was another set of stairs. I had another carpet company come a month later and they did a completely better job so I had something to compare it to. The other company was able to get out the stains that they didn't get out.

Nice job on carpet and rugs had some hose issues they didn't seem to like very much but what are you going to do it is January in Chicago after all

Guys did an excellent job getting stains out fast and reliable

I purchased a new home and wanted all the carpets cleaned the day of my closing. I wanted to have all the carpets cleaned before I officially moved in. I based my decision to hire them on all the previous reviews for this company. My mistake. Based on the past reviews I thought they would be able to do a great job cleaning all my carpets. I should have had them come out first to look at the carpets and let me know whether they could clean them or not. I arranged a specific time for the cleaning to occur after my closing but I was running a half hour late. I had the technician start as soon as I got to the house. After an hour and a half of cleaning I could see that the carpets were basically just as stained as they were before he started. He actually suggested I get new carpeting. I don't think the carpets are that old looking but the stains were not removed and I'm not sure if he spent any additional time to get the stains removed. We haggled over the price a bit and his boss told him to give me the lower price since he couldn't really get the stains out. I feel $259 is a lot to pay for stained carpets. I really feel I wasted my money and time on this job. I could have gotten another company to do the job at a fraction of the cost and gotten the same outcome. I also would have appreciated if the tech would have told me he wouldn't be able to get the stains out before he started. I don't think I would use this company again.

Very efficient with excellent cleaning of difficult stains and normal wear and tear.

About as well as expected. No real difference was seen. Was hoping to get dog urine stains out of the carpeting but this was apparently unlikely to work with the kind of cleaning they offered. Not their fault though.
