Description of Work: They painted all of our first floor, outside door and shutters. They did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond and took care of a few things that were not part of the contract. They were on time and finished on time. Neat and clean. Would definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe used them in the past. The interior painting was okay. But the first run-through, we had trouble with. They did come out and fix everything. Overall, it was fine. They have a courteous staff. They were professional. My only complaint with them was that they never seemed to have a project manager. You have to play "project manager" yourself.

Description of Work: These painters were super! They took down all the curtains/shades, removed all the remaining nails in walls, spackled all holes/ stress cracks, and prepped walls for painting. Arrived on time and were done close to the time given. Would use them again and reccomend them to anyone! Price was excellent and premium paint was used.

+ -1 moreCerta Pro Painters of Will County came out quickly to provide an estimate. Bruce did a great job of providing suggestions on the work to be performed. Their estimate came in hundreds of dollars below the other contractors I spoke to, although my decision was based mostly on the quality of work that I wanted performed. They also presented insurance certificates. The crew showed up on time each day and was responsive to any instructions or comments I provided while they were progressing. The weather was good so they completed the work at a good pace. I had to have some minor carpentry included in the estimate on the fascia and soffit boards that was not initially done to my satisfaction, but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the owners, they immediately addressed it and it looks great. They used quality paint, as per the estimate, and did two coats on the entire house. The crew was organized and maintained the work area with drop cloths and cleaned up properly when done. I had additional carpentry repairs performed by them outside of this proposal that I did not include in the price shown. Those repairs were done with care and attention to detail. I would hire this company again.
Description of Work: Complete Exterior Painting on 3 sides of Cedar Siding, soffit and fascia and trim. Replacement of 1 12' section of fascia board and 2 8' 1X4 end trim boards that were rotted. Additional nailing of loose boards. Power washing, manual scraping and sanding of wood. Primer and two coats of paint on surfaces.

They are very professional, very good craftsmanship, I was very impressed with their level of detail, they are very clean, and I was just very delighted with their work. They finished before they were expected to and cleaned up to make everything look nice before they left. They were quiet and got their work done. They didn't goof around, they just got in here and did the work. You could hardly notice that they were here and before you knew it, they were done.
Description of Work: They painted the living room, the foyer, and they painted the upper hallway.
