I was very pleased with the company's professionalism from Bruce, Carly, and the paint crew. The cost was reasonable based on the work that had to be done. There was no rush in completing the repair and painting work. In other words, the crews did a very thorough job in everything that needed to be done. At the completion, I was very satisfied.

Person arriving for estimate appointment was on time and easy to talk to. Painters doing the work were on time, did good work and finished in a short amount of time.

I called and left a voice mail the first week in September, and received no call back. After about a week I sent a message thru Angie's list, still no response. We went with another painter.

Very frustrating. I made them pressure wash the house a second time because the first time they did it they didn't remove the down spouts. They were finished in appx. 90 minutes didn't even get the bird crap removed. After putting two coats on the house there were still spots that didn't cover even though I stained it the same color. They seemed to finish the second coat in record time so I question how long it will take before I'm redoing it again. I guess I should have taken off work and supervised them. The owner is very nice thou.

They were very easy to work with. Flexible schedule. Painting work was excellent. Cleanup was just ok.

The 4 man crew finished the job in 3 days. Taped off the windows and sprayed them and the trim. Hand/roller painted the side of the house. Pointed out several places on the soffit that needed rotted wood replaced (assisted by myself) and worked on other areas while that was done. We are very happy with the change in color and the paint job. No picture as we have to get the roof redone and the new color does not go well with the old roof color.

The crew that showed up was on time and very friendly. They did 5 bedrooms, living room and dining room in two days. Some wall paper needed to be removed as well as a few drywall cracks repaired. All trim was taped and the job looks very professional.

They promptly called me but we discovered they did not cover my area. I'd like to help with your evaluations but your form cannot address a job that was not done.

From Bruce who comes out and gives you a written detailed cost in the from of a contract which he explains all the costs involved, to Sara the office manager who is just delightful to work with so helpful and friendly, to the workers who did an amazing job, each and every person was so great to work with. Jim and his son, Jim Jr. arrived on time. They completed the necessary repairs, primed and painted the ceiling and walls. They were profession and worked very quickly. I honestly thought this would be a two day project. However, they completed the room by 3 PM. In other words, it was about a 14 hour man job. They cleaned up and vacuumed the entire room. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. My only concern would be the price. I understand CertaPro Painters is not a charity. I know they have office staff to pay, insurance, bonding and the like. The price was considerably more expensive compared to other bids I received. That being said, I am happy with the completed dining room. Thank you Jim, Jim Jr and Bruce. You know the cliche--you get what you pay for. I recommend CertaPro Painters for your next project. The painters were polite, friendly and took their time to do the job right. We discussed options before and during the job to ensure my satisfaction with the final product. I'm delighted and would definitely recommend this crew.

After the first day of painting my husband and I had a few questions about how the paint was covering and whether or not we needed additional coats. The company sent their local owner of the company to our home and answered ALL our questions. He was professional and informative. His understanding of what we needed in our home was obviously based on years of experience. The team came to our home three different days. They were as non-intrusive as possible, protected our furnishings, kept the noise to a very low level, and was always on time. When they left each day they cleaned up and stored their supplies in our garage. The workers were amazingly respectful. They were open to questions and encouraged us to check their work as they went along. By the end of the job I was so pleased with the process and the end result. I will call this company again if the need should arise and I will gladly and with confidence recommend CertaPro Painters to friends and family or strangers should they ask.

I wouldn't recommend them, the owner isn't very good on follow through. I've used them a few times the last time I called them about some thing and they were supposed to send someone over to take a look at it, and they never showed and that is just typical of him. They never showed up. I don't think I will ever use them again they fall short of the promise. They over promise and under perform. I need someone to paint my trim this year but I will certainly not be using them.

They were great. I had no complaints. The room looked beautiful and very well done. The way they communicated on the phone prior to the service itself I thought was excellent. They hardly had any questions, described everything they would be doing, so to the end degree I thought they did a great job with that. It was possibly a bit more expensive than other painting we've had done but I wouldn't complain about the cost.

It was very good. Everything about them is very professional.
