The work was excellent overall. They were great to work and were very honest. They quoted us a price, but then realized they had more work to do. They stuck with their price that was quoted. They did a fabulous job.

The experience turned out very well. I thought their price was fair. The technicians were professional, thorough, and were meticulous, making sure the floors were cleaned before they started the job. Buff & Coat was very good to work with and we had no issues of any kind. When we were showing our house, people commented on how nice the wood floors looked!

I would highly recommend Buff & Coat! Our floors are Brazilian cherry, and five years old. They were really starting to look horrible. The owner provided us with a timely estimate. He was very accommodating, professional, and responsive. The crew that arrived to perform the work was friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. They even let me know why my floors were looking as bad as they were; it was the cleaning product I was using. The best part of my experience was that their work was dustless! Not having to deal with dust really made this project hassle-free. My floors look brand new again. I absolutely recommend Buff & Coat to others.

Very positive experience.

The process was simple. Ray came to our home and assesed our wood floors. We have 4 dogs, a cat, and 2 kids. He answered all of our questions and recommended a plan of action. I liked the fact that this was a dustless/sandless process, and that it didn't totally disrupt our day to day home life. The entire process took about 8 hours, with a staff of two. Our floors were showing signs of scratching, wear, and some discoloration. The staff taped off all of our appliances, and thoroughly cleaned our floors. Several of the spots that were beginning to show uneven color were touched up. The buffing process involved an abrasive pad that actually aids in the removal of small scratches and imperfections, and preps the floor for two coats of the urethane finish.  The process was very reasonably priced and took years of wear and tear off of a tired looking wood floor. We requested the satin finish for its ability to hide minor imperfections and bring out the subtle beauty of a natural wood floor. The staff was extremely meticulous and detailed. I was told that this was a process that should be refreshed every 5 years or so. I never want to go back to the old way of refinishing my wood flooring. I highly recommend Ray and his staff. You will not be dissapointed.
