I did have an appointment with you Member, and to this day I am still very sorry that I wasn't able to meet with you as promised. When I took your appointment call, I was away from my desk and wrote the information on a piece of paper so I could later transfer it onto my calendar. Unfortunately, I misplaced that piece of paper. I honestly didn't have a way to reach you even though I knew I was supposed to be there. I own this business, and know how valuable every customer is, and how important people's time is, not to mention how important a reputation is both personally and professionally. I'm very sorry Member and apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. It is extremely rare for me to miss any appointment, and when on occasion I am delayed and know that I am going to be late, I always call my customers.
