Dan at A1 Quality Construction Services,Inc. is the greatest contractor. From day we contacted him he has communicated with us on daily basis and we are displaced from the 11/17/13 tornado in Washington,IL. He sends us photos, descriptive info, suggestions and questions along with phone calls on a daily basis through the entire remodel. His compassion for us and taking care of issues with insurance,etc. that we wouldn't have an idea about has been above and beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust and that keeps you in the loop the entire rebuild -call Dan

Thorough explanations of the project was provided before the work began. They stayed within the estimte. Finish carpenter is extremely good.

Dan was great to work with, he made sure I was satisfied. He promptly fixed any problems and addressed my concerns, before leaving the job.

A1 Quality Construction Services is the perfect name for this company. They live up to their name and we won't use anyone else. We had an idea of how our remodel would turn out before we started; But when finished, the end result Far Exceeded our greatest hopes. From the beginning they worked with us, stayed within our budget, started as scheduled and finished when promised. The coordination and attention to details was phenomenal to watch; it was true professionalism with both top quality and pride in workmanship.

Came out day after I called gave me a estimate. Went over exactlly what he needed to do within the budget I had to work with. Worked with me the whole way on what was going on and asked for my input on on what was being done. He took care of alot of extra things he came across because he wanted it "done right" he went the extra mile and did what it took to stay within budget and time frame,without cutting into quality of work. Dan was always available and flexible when needing to meet and speak with him. I would have them do more work in future,and recommend. I love my new kitchen and living room.
