I worked with A1 Quality Construction to build an addition to our house, and also moving the washer and dryer in the same level, and I am very happy with the results. The team showed up everyday without fail, and were focused on completing the job on time, so you are assured that they are not working on multiple jobs and doing a balancing act. Dan communicated well and provided timely updates, since I was out of the house going to work most of the days. My arrangement with the team to use the door entry code worked out really well. Dan and I are still working on some final items to complete, and I am very confident that the team will take care of it with the same level of quality. I would recommend A1Quality Construction to my friends and family.

We had our basement remodeled. Added 3 rooms and a bathroom. Dan and his Team did a great job. I would definitely hire them again for future home improvement projects. They finished within the estimated time frame and Dan made sure our needs were taken care of.

We had Dan and his crew finish our basement. This included breaking out concrete, adding a bathroom, bedroom, family room and wet bar/kitchenette. Everything went smoothly as planned and they finished everything to our satisfaction.

We are incredibly happy (and impressed) with the work Dan and his guys have done! Dan worked within our ideas and desires to refit our basement, adding a 3/4 bathroom, storage room, and maintenance access, as well as refinishing the office and living space post-flooding damage. We spend a lot of time in our basement and Dan understood that, and created a comfortable and beautiful new space down there.

Wow! My basement is absolutely gorgeous! I donâ t usually write reviews, but this contractor, Dan, deserves 5-Stars! A1 Quality Construction transformed my unfinished basement to a beautiful lower level living quarters. The owner of the company not only gave me a cost estimate but also a timeframe estimate and came in exact on both. He and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. They did not stop until the job was complete. And they went above and beyond for all my extra requests. I highly recommend this company and already have another project for them. Iâ ve heard horror stories about home remodels. This company was truly excellent in service and quality, and they exceeded my expectations!

Dan and his crew were spot on for the money. Dan was very pleasant to speak with on a daily basis ! I wanted a no bulls..t deal and Dan put it in perspective. I was trying to stay within budget and Dan even corrected some of my spending mistakes as I looked to purchase items that were a bit more costly than I expected in my research. As I move forward in my new home, I plan on other projects that will be contracted out to Dan and his A1 Quality team. I hired A1 Quality for a 10X12 (interior dimension) laundry room/half bath all brick exterior room addition to my home. Dan was a great listener and understood my vision. We hired A1 Quality Construction to finish 1,700 feet of our unfinished basement. Within 5 weeks they were able to frame out the walls, install drywall and electrical, fix the plumbing, prime the walls, and ceilings, and finish everything to perfection. They had multiple people working at the same time to ensure every deadline they set was met. The owner, Dan, was in contact with us throughout the process to communicate progress and to ensure we were happy with the results and service provided. The service was impeccable. Dan responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails. The guys made sure to communicate unforeseen snags as well as provide options for how they could be addressed. Each employee we encountered provided us with the same great service and professionalism. They showed up on time or early every day. I have had many friends complain about dustiness when dealing with remodels not the case with A1. The guys went above and beyond to make sure the basement was swept and usable for us every night.

I highly recommend A1 Quality Construction. We were looking to have 3 rooms in our basement framed, new electrical, drywall, floor and trimmed out. Dan was quick to meet with me to review my project and he provided an initial quote the same day, which was quite a bit less than the competition. Dan is very easy to work with, he is a great communicator and provided a daily update of the work that was done that day, and what to expect for the next day. A1's employees were also really great. They all worked very hard, were pleasant to chat with, and they did a great job of cleaning up as they finished each day. My project was completed on-time, on budget, and Dan ensured all finishes were up to my expectations.

We had a living room and dining room changed to a master bedroom and bathroom. We met with 4 other companies besides A1 Quality Construction. The reasons we picked A1 Quality Construction were Dan's timeliness of communication, upfront and honest communication, and ability to hold to a schedule. Through the project, Dan regularly updated us and he stayed on budget. They did a great job. Dan and the people he hires are all very polite and very focused on pleasing the customer. We even felt comfortable leaving our older children home with them while we worked. My neighbor even commented on how polite and respectful they were. They completed the project with minimal disturbance and stress to us. They were not our cheapest bid but we got what we paid for and they delivered great value and quality. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Dan the owner kept us up to date on the progress of our project, the workers were friendly and respectful, the job came in at the quoted cost and we were very happy with the work that they did. We would recommend them to anybody looking to remodel.

The project was in the basement, installing a bathroom, closets and finish the ceiling, Mr. Trifone and his people and his Licensed subcontractors were on the job every day until completion. They also gave me ideas which I had not considered. His people Nathan, Scott, Brandon,Tony, and Chip were able to complete without any extra cost. They acquired all permit and had all inspection done on every phase of the job. This was very important to me because I am a retired Electrical inspector. If I need more remodeling done I would surely contact A1 Quality Construction again they are easy to work with and very professional.

Dan was quick to respond and quick to address any issues we had through the remodel. He gave ideas to try and fit our budget and easy to work with. We would call him again in the future if we have any other remodeling to do.

From day we contacted him he has communicated with us on daily basis and we are displaced from the 11/17/13 tornado in Washington,IL. He sends us photos, descriptive info, suggestions and questions along with phone calls on a daily basis through the entire remodel. His compassion for us and taking care of issues with insurance,etc. that we wouldn't have an idea about has been above and beyond our expectations.
