We were quite happy with the work that was done, and we would hire this company again for more major concrete work. The representative showed up on time to check out the scope of work and provide an estimate. The price was very reasonable. Then once the job was scheduled, the contractor showed up on time and performed the work very well. There was a brief moment of frustration when the proper concrete ring replacement was suddenly unavailable at the last minute, but the contractor made a great effort to find another one that morning and still get the work done on time. We were very appreciative of how they followed through with their commitment.

I had a very good experience with ECS. Jack was very quick to respond and update via email. He had a more reasonable offer compared to another estimate. I liked his practical approach and he kept me updated regarding the village permit process which apparently may be more stringent in my town. And the final product looks fantastic. A potentially dangerous old front walkway was replaced. Our backyard had an area that was an eyesore full of weeds and old bricks. This was completely removed and replaced with concrete with appropriate grading to make sure water did not gravitate to our house and foundation.

The appraisal process went well. Their quote was 1/2 of the other competitive bids we solicited. The ran into some equipment problems and did not start the project on the agreed to date. However, the manager notified us of the delay in person . We didn have some issues getting return phone calls for a new start date after that but work was started within 5 business days of original start date. Work took one day longer than expected but quality of work was excellent. The crew did and excellent job of cleanup leaving virtually no trace of their presence save the beautiful new garage floor. Overall a very good experience

falling leaves, the defects in the walk could no longer be appreciated so we did not need to have the work done, but, if we did proceed, we would certainly use Expert Concrete Services. We will also call them again for any concrete needs we have in the future.

They came the first time and I ended not using them. I then called them again for a concrete sidewalk around the house, till the gate. They were very nice and did a good job. They cleaned up afterwards and I told them I needed the driveway to be done, also, but not at the moment. I will use them in future.

He was prompt. He was on the pricy side and he did not take measurements. He was able to wing us an estimate.

I spent $1800 on that work. He took the time to being out the wrap of the product to make sure were getting the right product. He went the extra mile to do that. He came when he said he would and were on time. They finished it in a day and it looks great.

Jack, the owner, was very responsive throughout the process. He returned all of my calls promptly, answered every question, and provided all information that I requested. Since this job was weather-dependent, there were some delays, but he kept me informed of when his workers would continue the job. Overall, four men worked on the job. They were hard-working, professional,and responsive. The patio and driveway, which was newly laid only five years ago, had developed a considerable mold and mildew problem, which entailed a great deal of work to remove. The workers took no breaks and seemed to take a genuine pride in doing a good job. They, and Jack, seemed genuinely committed to satisfying the customer. There have been several major storms since the job was completed, and no leakage occurred in the house.

The men found out very quickly that there was another older sidewalk under the existing sidewalk which was very difficult to remove as it extended the entire distance. They worked many extra hours to finally get out the double layer of cement. We said we would certainly pay extra due to the unexpected problems, but Jack only charged us the extra $350 that he had to pay the hauler for the extra weight.. We drew a blueprint of the jigs and jags we needed to fit the gates and trees. We were very impressed with the final product as they followed the dimensions very well. The men were very personable and pleasant. They returned to seal the sidewalk twice as the first day's weather didn't cooperate. All in all we are very pleased with their work.

I had a very positive experience. Paul came out and gave us a good estimate and also he explained to me the process and what they are able to do . They were able to accommodate my schedule requirements, the crew came out when they said, did the job and cleaned after themselves. The crew supervisor was very professional and informed every step of the way what they were doing.
