I had estimate done on 8/04/08. The estimator was 2 hours late. He measured the area in the garage and gave me a hand written quote that was signed and dated. The quote was for $440.00. I sent back the quote the next day for the work to be completed. The following week the company calls and said the job was mis-quoted and will be $900.00. I don't know how this company stays in business. I would strongly look elsewhere!

This was the only company who would come out and give me an estimate. The estimator gave me a call to tell me when he would come. He explained the process. I waited before calling back to confirm that I wanted to hire them because I tried to get at least one more estimate. Unsuccessful at that, I called CRC confirming that I wanted them to do the job. They called me back with a date and approximate time. They needed access to water and with that stipulation they did the work even though I could not be present. I arrived home as they were completing the job. The concrete was level, they cleaned up the area and the job was done.

We had water in our finished basement after several of the recent rains. Paul came out to assess the problems and found several cracks in the foundation. Paul was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He scheduled the work and Kevin came out on time to do it. Kevin explained again what he would do and the things we needed to know about. We even got a follow up phone call and thank you card a few days later. I highly recommend these guys!!!!!

Responded with a quote within a few days of my inquiry. Was able to schedule and complete the work in another several days. The repair of the two cracks took about 3 hours. The technician fully explained what he was about to do and that there would be some odor due to the acrylic. The area where he did the work in was generally left in good shape. There was not too much residue due to the drilling. I've had several rains since the treatment and the area has not leaked.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the person on the phone was very cheerful. I was given an hour window for the appointment time (1:00-2:00 p.m.) and Mr. Petersen arrived just a few minutes after 1:00. Mr. Petersen looked over the sidewalk and then explained how the process works, how it is different (better) than mudjacking, and left me with a written quote on how much the job would cost. I did get another quote from another company, but decided to go with CRC because everyone I had dealt with was very nice, they had been suggested to me by someone I work with, and the price was close to the other estimate. When I called to schedule the job, again the person on the phone was very nice, and Mr. Petersen and his crew showed up as expected, about 5 minutes into the one hour time frame. I was more than satisfied with the job!! The sidewalk now ends level with the patio in our backyard and the dip (like a soup bowl) that was in the sidewalk along the garage is now all straight and level as well.

I never hired them or called back to reschedule.

Excellent. They were on time and on price. They came out a day or two after I first called them to give me an estimate. The work was completed a few days later. They guaranteed their work for the life of the home. They also gave me a discount since I was an angie's list member.

They were incredibly nice, professional, reasonably priced, etc. I got 2 estimates and they were both about the same. It was a tough call, but we went with the other company just because they were going to do some additional work in our basement when they came to waterproof. I'm sure that had we gone with the Crack Team, it would've been very reliable work. Thanks for being so prompt and professional!

Everything from start to finish was on time and well done. Mr. Petersen arrived when he said he would and gave us an explanation of what they would do and how it worked. He explained their life-of-the-structure guarantee and gave us a quote (along with an Angie's List discount). His office called the same day set up the time and date for the actual repair. Kevin showed up on time and did the actual repair. A little odor, but nothing overpowering. Everybody concerned was nice to work with and we would use them again without hesitation.

The Crack Team called in advance to confirm and showed up on time to do the job. The repair man got right to work and a few hours later, the work was completed. I was given information on the repair and was told to check everything after a heavy rain. I was also given the guarantee that if there was any leakage, The Crack Team would return right away to repair it. We just had a heavy rain and there were no problems at all!!!

The Crack Team was pretty good. I fount them to be very professional and I also found them to be very responsive. They called me back right away several times. Now it has only rained hard here once since they did the work and they are going to come to take a look at it for me, but overall, I would call myself very pleased and I would use them again in the future.

I called right after a big storm. I had never had a large amount of water before. Just dribbles. I'm sure they had a lot of calls. They have me the cost over the phone and made an appointment for a week. This was completely acceptable. Phone service was professional. Service man was polite, professional, explained how to remove the excess and cleaned up after himself. No heavy rain since, but looks like it probably fixed the problem.

The estimate was given in a timely manner and the work was completed when it was scheduled.

THEY CAME PROMPTLY TO DO THE QUOTE, CAME AS SCHEDULED TO DO THE WORK AND THE LEAKING PROBLEM WAS SOLVED.

From the very beginning, Paul was quick to respond to our email request for a quote. He called back that very same night and left a message while we were out. He called back a couple of times to set up a date and time and was right on time at 8:00AM as he promised. Assessed the job, worked up a quote and offered to do the job on the spot if we approved. We did and he went to work immediately. He completed the job in approximately 2 hours. Left no mess and did great work. Paul was very complete in explained the warranty for the work that he had done. We would definitely have The Crack Team at our home again if needed!

Tech was very prompt. He explained what he was going to do and worked quickly. He was considerate in managing the odor from the sealer. He left the laundry room floor quite messy, however, covered with fine dust.

Excellent service, courteous, and professional. They gave a $50 senior discount. There has been no heavy rain yet, but appeared they did a thorough job. They did the estimate and quoted a price at the same time. They came on the day promised.

Technician was a little late (but called to inform us). Aside from doing the initial job, there was a crack that was developing in the outside foundation (not contributing to the leakage problem). Technician patched this as well with no extra charge. Later in the day we had a major thunderstorm with rain... No leak! These guys are the real deal.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They were honest about the fact that they could not fix it. They made recommendations for how it could be fixed, even though they don't do that kind of work.

THEY REPAIRED THE CRACK AS THEY STATED THEY WOULD, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD WATER COME OUT OF IT EVER SINCE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE, AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
