Magdalena's Cleaning Service

She is fantastic. I trust her impeccably in my home. We sometimes need to swap around times for her schedule which works out just fine with us. Occasionally I will have something extra or odd that I need done and she always responds positively and does a great job. I feel it is easy to communicate with her everything that I need. I love that she comes and cleans every other week for us and we joke that she is the marriage saver. I just needed someone to give it a scrub as I have two small children and work and find my time so incredibly precious currently. She makes my home a happier one. She always has big smiles for all and is genuinely warm and such a great fit for us. Very happy with Magda!

Made an appointment for 5 PM for an estimate. Got a call at 6PM. Her child was sick and could not make it. OK made appointment for 5PM the next day. Got a call at 5 PM that she was still downtown and at least an hour away. If you cant show up to get my bussiness, why would I believe you would show up for any other appointment. No Thanks

I was satisfied with the service. They came out every 2 weeks and I paid $110.00. I also had them come out weekly sometimes which they charged me $100.00. Professional job!

The technicians did a thorough job and got everything cleaned.

She was fine. Scheduling was good. The work took about 5 or 6 hours to clean everything. The results were good.

It had been too long since I had really cleaned my house, and I needed some help on short notice. Magdalena told me that she usually looked at the homes of new customers before setting a price, but she could charge me $30/hour if I preferred. The woman who cleaned my house is named Renata. She showed up on time and was friendly and very hard working. I'm very satisfied with the job she did and with the price.

Eva arrived early. We walked through the entire house to review what needed to be done. She brought all of the necessary supplies and got right to work. She was at the home for just under six hours and did an excellent job on a few difficult spots and the general cleaning. She was pleasant, professional and efficient. I called Magdalena's Cleaning Service after I could not get a firm commitment from two other services that are on Angie's List. I highly recommend this service and would use them again.

The individual was on time, polite, and conscientious. She did a wonderful job! Will use this service and this person again -- soon!

The lady said I was not in her service area.

She was extremely friendly, punctual, and thorough! Only problem was her assistant left a dirty hand print on our bedspread presumably while standing up after cleaning the wood floors, but I'm sure it was an accident and unlikely to happen again. Would recommend to others.

This was a last minute call and Madalena was able to send someone out. Her name was Donna. She worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again.

Magdalena is very professional. She returns emails promptly and is always on time. I work an unconventional schedule and I've had to switch days at last minute and she has been very flexible. She does an excellent job of cleaning the whole house. Her prices are very reasonable. I've tried numerous house cleaning services and not been very satisfied, either the work is inconsistent because the company will send different people each week or after starting out strong the quality of work goes down after time. I have hired Magdalena to come every 2 weeks and it seems that she may be The One! Can't say enough good things about her.

She came over, asked what we needed clean, the preferred order in which we preferred, and she cleaned floors, counter tops, windows, bathrooms dishes, appliances, everything.

Magda is a great communicator, which is something we haven't found in other cleaning services. And a nice person. Recommend her highly.

My only concern was that Magdelina kept talking about how poor she is. I would have tipped her anyway, but didn't want to hear her subtle requests for money.

4 hrs. of housecleaning- purchased deal. The actual housecleaning was great- house looks very nice. There were some difficulties with scheduling. Magdalena was responsive but accidentally double booked so we had to reschedule. We then had to reschedule again due to circumstances out of Magdalena's control and then ended switching back to the second date because she was able to send someone out after all. The woman who came to the house was very professional and did a good job. We were very pleased with the service. The only reason I would hesitate to rebook would be the scheduling issues. I think we just had a bit of bad luck- I doubt that is the norm

The only complaint I had was that it took a couple of tries with followup to get the appointment scheduled and then later confirmed. After the exact date and time were established there were no problems.

Purchased an Angie's List Deal for four hours of housekeeping. She was prompt and THOROUGH. Could not BELIEVE how much she got done in four hours!!! I would definitely hire again. My only "complaint" was that I had to open the windows for a while because the cleaners she used (which very well may have been mine) were on the strong side. Excellent, excellent work.

Magdalena is a very diligent and thorough house cleaner. I was so impressed after her initial visit that I hired her for regular cleaning.

Very Good. Was flexible with scheduling, arrived as scheduled, worked entire period, got everything done. Could have been a tad more detail oriented but did a good job, especially for the price.

She arrived on time, was cheerful and able, but didn't perform the work as diligently as I'd hoped. She seemed hurried, and in the end the cleaning wasn't thorough enough for my satisfaction.

After a rough start of getting a date set up Magdalena showed this AM on time and began working right away. She has done general cleaning/dusting etc and has done a great job. I would definately recommend her.

I bought a coupon for $75 for 4 hours cleaning. Magdalena did a very thorough job and I was pleased with the results. I'm not sure what her charges would be for a regular "non-coupon" clean but if reasonable, I would use her again.

Magda did a wonderful job cleaning my condo. She even did my windows, which no other cleaning service would do. She brought her own cleaning tools and ensured that every task was complete to my satisfaction. I definitely will be calling her back.
