Seems like a small company. The company has potential as long as the workers are supervised. I requested a deep clean of a 2,000 sq ft home and received a slapdash result. The person arrived 15 minutes earlier, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were getting ready for work. She worked for approx 3 1/2-4 hours and missed relevant items standard for a deep clean. It was offered that for future service the owner would be present to supervise. However, unfortunately at the present time it is not feasible. The owner and worker were really friendly, I was just not happy with the work.

It went great. As this is Thanksgiving week I was so happy to have Dorthy to help me at home. She asked what I needed her to do and she did an excellent job. Dorthy worked steadily for 3 hours and was extremely pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use this service again. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service in a long time and it was a great help. I called the owner in the beginning to ask her (Magdalena) If I could use her services for Thanksgiving week as I knew this would be a busy time for them. She promptly called me back and was extremely pleasant and told me no problem that they would fit me in after their regular customers. The timing didn't go right so she came out almost a month after. She did a very good job. I didn't pay anything extra. They're a little expensive. The quality was good. I call anytime and she was there. She's supposed to come at 9 but she came at 9:45. She called to say she was stuck in traffic. She doesn't speak much English. What we told her to do, she did it.

She did finally show up for my first cleaning after a no show/no call but still have not heard from her for the second cleaning even after verifying the appointment the night before. She did work very hard and was very pleasant for the first cleaning and did a decent job. I only kept the second cleaning because I purchased it by mistake, however since I have no idea when I will hear from her I am asking for a refund.

Excellent results. The worked had to work almost the entire day cleaning the house, but she stayed until it was all complete.

Missed the appt to give us an estimate. Showed up late the next day for the estimate. Did not show up at all after hiring for the job. Never heard anything.

She seemed nice and spoke English well. She stated she'd email me to give me the quote and she never did. I called her a couple times close to the time I needed the service and she never responded. I was out of the country and had a MagicJack number. I asked that she call my home phone to set up the appointment for the estimate and she repeatedly called me on the MagicJack number. It was slightly annoying.

I was working but my husband was home. He was impressed with how clean it was and how much she did. When I came home from work, I looked around and noticed she cleaned everything really well. I was impressed. She was even better than the 1st girl I had.

I use Magdalena's Cleaning Service intermittently, when my regular cleaner needs time off. Despite knowing that they are not my primary cleaners, they do a great job---on time, professional in demeanor, very efficient and thorough. I've met several of their "ladies"; Eva was a lot of fun and got along well with our cats, and two other ladies came to clean our empty house after we moved out of it. It sparkled when they got done, and the basement looked better than it ever had. The whole house looked so good, in fact, that I wanted to move back! I'm really glad to know I can call them when I need them.

Magdalena's cleaners show up when scheduled and thoroughly clean the apartment. When there's something particular I want done, I can leave a note and they'll follow it. Magdalena herself is responsive to phone calls and texts.

I've been unable to do certain cleaning chores as a result of a back problem which resulted in surgery. I can't say enough good things about how thorough and pleasant the woman sent was. The job needed more time to complete than what was expected, and I was asked whether I wanted to have the cleaning continue at added cost or end at the agreed upon time and cost. Magdalena called me after talking with my cleaner. I opted for the extra time and cost, and feel the final charge was fair. The results were excellent. I'm definitely continuing this service every three weeks.

She was very punctual and did a good job with the cleanings.

At very short notice, Anna was able to come out and do a move in clean of our condo. Everywhere I had asked her to focus, was cleaned wonderfully, and the place overall was great! I've never used a cleaning service before, so this was a very positive first experience. Very happy! Thank you for a wonderful job Anna!

Magdalena was very professional. She arrived on time and began work immediately. She brought her own cleaning supplies, but asked if there were certain products I wanted her to use. She did an amazing job and worked diligently for four hours. I highly recommend her and will have her back.

Everything was done as promised. All of the ladies were detailed and very friendly.

FANTASTIC!!!! Dona is the best. She is very thorough and you can tell that she enjoyes cleaning...which is a blessing to me who does not like cleaning! She is trustworthy and I really like that Magdalena is very responsive to text messages. REALLY LOVE THEIR SERVICE!
