They were easy to deal with. They were on time, matched the colors of our house with us. Did a great job.

He said it wasn't our shingle, that it blew in from the neighbors house. He could've taken the opportunity to lie and make some money by charging us to repair our roof, but he didn't! We also asked him to check out an overflowing gutter, and he came back with a tennis ball that was stuck in the gutter! Still, no charge, so we gave him a tip. He had two opportunities to make some money and rip us off and he didnt. Very commendable, upstanding guy, I hope this gets him some good work, he deserves it!

Bill was very good and took the time to explain things to me. He met me at a site he had already completed and explained the differences between the different options available and how they affect the outcome of the project which was residing my home with Hardie board.

Overall, it went good. He did a good job. He came at the last minute and repaired a hole before I left on vacation. He was able to come out quickly on an emergency and fixed it. The price was good.

Went great! Bill showed up with a full crew and the job was done and all cleaned up in just under 2 hrs. Matched the shingles on the roof perfectly.

I used them once. I don't know what to say about punctuality because this was in the dead of winter. They were backed up because a lot of people had storm damage so it took a week or two before they could come out. They did call and say that we were on the list and that they would get to us as soon as they could. Their pricing was good and they finished the job in a short time as it was a small job. The materials they used were probably just average grade. The siding has little ripples in it.

Bill Lang responded to us on the same day that we requested an estimate from his company. He arrived promptly and was both professional and personable. He reviewed the roofs and provided a detailed proposal on site for the three buildings. Bill's proposal for the house/garage combination fell in the high-end of our estimates, but his estimate for roofing the large barn, with its difficult mansard sides, was the most competitive. Given the over-all costs involved, and due to some foundational issues with the barn, we decided to focus on the house and garage this year and chose a competitor with a mid-range estimate. However, Bill's estimate for roofing the large barn will remain a top consideration once it's structural problems are resolved.

It took them a while to come to the house. When they finally showed up they did a good job and they stayed here until the work was done.

I scheduled them to come out to estimate roofing. They never showed up and never called.

I need my rental fixed from some storm damage. I had informed my tenants that these guys will be showing up to fix the outside. Unfortunately one of the family members didn't get the message and kick off the crew from the work site. After this little screwup Bill had worked with the tenants to get his crew back out to fix the house. They came back the next week to finish the job.

Repair person arrive at appointed time and complete job. Also went a step further and glued down shingles that were coming up and would break off with a strong wind. Work done to protect roof until entire roof could be re-shingled.

Our soffit & fascia was coming down in a small section on the upper side of the house. Mr. Lang & associate came & took the pieces that I retrieved & fastened them down securely & checked the other parts of the house to see if any other areas had loose materials. The owner was good, explained what he was going to do. I was pleased with the job.

When they came out to do the work they did it very quickly. The entire job was done in a day. It looks very good. They did excellent clean-up.

It went well. Bill the owner was on time for every meeting, checked on the progress of the work daily with his crew and myself. Was clear on the schedule and explained the steps that would be taken to complete the projects.

Bill showed up promptly for an estimate. Talked through the pros and cons of an overlay versus rip-and-replace the old cedar. Maintenance-free was the key word and that sold us. Siding was a lighter color and also a horizontal installation versus the old vertical appearance of the cedar. Bill's team worked quickly not even taking a lunch for 1.5 days and made sure all the seams were caulked properly and no rough edges exposed. Clean-up was done and no traces of the crew, nails, or junk found afterward. Nice Job.

The installers were pleasant and professional. They completed whole sections of the house as they worked instead of leaving parts of it exposed. They cleaned up as they worked so there was no debris left around the house. When I called Lang, I had already received 3 estimates. The contractor I chose prior to calling them did not show up at the appointment to sign the papers. I felt I was starting again from square one because the other contractors I had received estimates from were either too high in price for what they were willing to do or did not use Tyvek, etc. When I called Lang, Dustin came out right away, got the estimate to me promptly and returned to sign the papers within days. They did a fantastic job. I feel confident that my money was well spent and I would recommend them for anyone.

Bill and his crew did a great job! May have not been the cheapest but the quality of work, on-site supervision, professionalism and the efficient manner the work was done made paying a little more well worth it! His crew did such a great job cleaning up that, at the end of the day, you couldn't even tell that all that work was done. All the neighbors have complimented us on how great the new roof looks. I would definitely have Lang Home Exteriors do more work for us in the future!

Bill came out on time and was very professional and courteous. The job was done very well and efficiently. The installers were very polite and pleasant. The shutters are on back order because Bill wanted to make sure they matched the window wrap in color. I would definitely recommend Lang. Their price was very good and the quality of workmanship excellent.

The cost was less compared to other company we got an estimate from and they gave us the estimate the same day.

We asked Bill to provide a quotation on re-siding our house. He was extremely patient with my wife and I while we changed what we wanted over the course of a couple of months. I thought he was very professional and I would suggest that anyone who is looking to re-side their home should consider Bill as a possible vendor.

Bill came out the same day to take a look at my house, and provided a written estimate on the spot. The work was performed as indicated by knowledgeable and friendly workers.

We only received a quote and the sales call, but it was handled better by Lang than their competitors.
