We are pleased with the work and the response of this company. They were on schedule. The job looks good too.

From beginning to end it was an great experience. Efficient and professional. Left the area the way they found it...no nail debris.

They were significantly lower than other bids. They did a good job with clean up. I will have them re roof another house that I own.

They were fantastic, on time, up front about the work they did, and completed it in one day.

It was an excellent experience. I had them use architectural shingles and they look great! Everything was done in 3 days. John and his dad were on site for the roof work. I needed a slight adjustment on one of the pieces of soffit and a couple of the tiles later and John came right out and made the necessary adjustments. The Rain Flow system they installed in my gutters really works well. Before it I had tried numerous gutter caps/covers and rain would over flow on to my walkway. The rain flow system lets large amounts of water in the gutters and keeps the leaves out. Anyone looking for a roofing company; this is the one you should call!

The price for the job fell into the middle range for all estimates received. We had 5 estimates, 3 from Angie's List. We liked the 10-year labor warranty, and the fact they obtained the permit. They were very prompt in returning any calls and responding to any concerns. We would recommend them without any hesitation. The roof looks great.

Punctual, did what they said they'd do and cleaned up the property afterwards. They also responded to all my questions and concerns which was very important to me.

Began on the day promised bright and early, worked hard and were done the same day. Cleaned up well after themselves although they did forget to put some of the stuff in my back yard (grill, etc.) back where they found it. When Mr. Wentz came for payment, I did mention it to him and he said he would mention it to the workers. The only small concern I have is that I called them the next day and left a message asking for paperwork (owner's manual, warranty, etc.) on the attic fan, should we ever have a problem and I still have not heard back and it has been almost a week. I will call again tomorrow if I don't hear anything by then.

He was super! He was on time and did a super job. He showed up at 8am and worked until 5pm, everything done in the one day. He repaired a big hole where a raccoon had gotten into our home. He made some repairs at no extra charges. The estimate was originally $3700 and he gave us a $250 "spring discount" and the final job cost $3470.00 due to upgraded materials that we decided to purchase (architectural shingles). Removed and replaced three vents and installed two new vents. He also removed an old fan and put in a new one that we had purchased ourselves. He had a dumpster here for removal of old material and things were cleaned up very well.

Good experience. They started about 8AM and was done by 4PM. Laid a tarp around the house to pickup debris. Neighbor had roof done by someone and it took 2 days and thy have a smaller roof. No tarp

The work was completed as promised and to my satisfaction. John kept me informed and called back promptly. I am very happy that I choose to work with w Brothers. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

John Wentz came to do my estimate. This company had the lowest estimate of the 3 I called. Also John was very responsive; when I asked him to bring over shingle color samples he came to my house the same day we spoke. The estimate covered everything (permit, dumpster, etc.) and John gave me all the information I needed beforehand. They performed exactly as agreed.

W Brothers were very good. Cost was in line with other estimates. Were very flexible in shingle choices and very knowledgeable about products. Two crews had our large range house completed by lunch. Didn't even need to enter the house.

W BROTHERS INSTALLED A NEW ROOF AT MY HOME. W BROTHERS WAS GREAT! JOHN WAS A TERRIFIC GUY TO WORK WITH, AND HE WAS THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. W BROTHERS DID EVERYTHING THAT JOHN SAID THEY WOULD DO, AND THEY WERE A VERY EASY COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE, THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOF LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

OUTSTANDING. GAVE AN EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE PRICE WHICH WAS LOWEST. SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID FAST AND EXCELLENT WORK. THEY TOOK CARE NOT TO DAMAGE MY HOME WITH THE DEBRIS FROM THE ROOF. THE DUMPSTER WAS REMOVED THE DAY AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 24 HOURS OF WORK BEING DONE, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THEY WERE THERE. I HAD A DISCREPANCY WITH THE FINAL PRICE, BUT WHEN SHOWN THE QUOTE, THE $200 UPCHARGE WAS REMOVED. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

CHOSE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FOR WORK, BUT VERY PROMPT ON RETURNING CALLS AND GIVING REASONABLE ESTIMATE.

THE EXPERIENCE IN GETTING THE ESTIMATE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE QUOTE WAS ALSO COMPETITIVE, BUT WE ENDED UP CHOOSING ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. THE ONE WE CHOSE OFFERED BETTER MATERIALS AND A LONGER WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY FOR ONLY A SLIGHTLY HIGHER PRICE, SO WE CHOSE THAT ONE INSTEAD.

ESTIMATOR JOHN WENTZ WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT AND POLITE. HE GAVE US THE ESTIMATE IMMEDIATELY BUT THEN HE PHONED US EVERY DAY TO FIND OUT IF WE HAD DECIDED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT (WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR OTHER ESTIMATES). HE ANSWERED SEVERAL OF OUR QUESTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE AND MADE SEVERAL CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT THAT WE REQUESTED. AFTER WE GAVE OUR 50% DEPOSIT WE NEVER SAW HIM (OR HIS BROTHER OR FATHER) AGAIN. THE CREW SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK ON TIME BUT THEY WERE NOT WELL SUPERVISED, AND ONLY THE SUPERVISOR SPOKE ENGLISH. THE BILL FOR THE FINAL PAYMENT CAME IN THE MAIL SEVERAL DAYS LATER. BY THAT TIME I HAD REALIZED THAT THEY HAD NOT INSTALLED THE RIDGE VENT BUT HAD JUST COVERED THE OLD VENT HOLE WITH SHINGLES. I CALLED JOHN AND HE HAD HIS CREW COME OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS. HOWEVER THE NEW VENT IS SEVERAL FEET SHORTER THAN THE ORIGINAL ONE. THE OVERALL WORK QUALITY AND PRICE ARE OK BUT THE POOR SUPERVISION WAS VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PERSONAL ATTENTION THAT JOHN TOLD US WE WOULD GE

I THOUGHT HE WAS A VERY NICE PERSON, AND HONEST.

W BROTHERS' RESPONSIVENESS WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY RETURNED PHONE CALLS WITHIN FIVE MINUTES, THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED PROMPTLY, AND MY NEW ROOF WAS ON WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF MY ORDER, AS PROMISED. ALL OF THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME AT 7:30 A.M. AND WERE GONE BY 5:30 P.M., WITH ALL OF THE CLEANUP DONE. JOHN AND HIS FATHER COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. THEY WERE WILLING TO DO EXTRA WORK FOR ME, AND EXPLAINED AND SHOWED ME WHY ONE REQUEST WAS NOT IN MY BEST INTEREST. THEY ALSO DOUBLE CHECKED WITH ME BEFORE REMOVING ITEMS I MIGHT WANT TO KEEP. THEY INSPIRE TRUST. THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST OF THREE ESTIMATES, CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN ONE OF THEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND W BROTHERS.

THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY. ROB AND JOHN ARE GREAT!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR THEIR ROOFING NEEDS. THEY WILL BE INSTALLING A NEW ROOF ON MY GARAGE NEXT SPRING!! THANK YOU!!

WE HAD ONE PROBLEM AND IT WAS RESOLVED QUICKLY. THEY CLEANED UP WELL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. ALL WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY!

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, ONE OF THE LOWEST BIDS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, PERFORMED THE WORK WHEN PROMISED, WORKED HARD AND FINISHED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEY FINISHED. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. NO LEAKS AFTER THE RECENT RAINS!!!

THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COMMUNICATIVE. ARRIVED ON TIME AND PERFORMED WORK IN ONE DAY. CLEAN UP WAS EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

GOOD COMPANY, BUT ATTENTION TO DETAIL BY EMPLOYEES COULD BE BETTER. SHINGLES ARE NOT ALIGNED AS GOOD AS COULD BE.
