Was very pleased with the job they did. They showed up with three crews - about 18 people because the access to our roofs was limited by the placement of the detached garage and the slope of the property. They started at 9:00 and were finished by 4:30. They agreed to do some extra work - removing the TV antenna and replaced two fascia boards with wood I provided. They did a nice job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. Not the cheapest but competitive and I was very satisfied with the job.

We were very pleased with everyone from the owner and sales team to the contractors and crew. The owner is very easy going; we didn't feel rushed or pressured and they answered all our questions. The bid was higher than some of the other companies, but we felt the most comfortable with them and their referrals. The final price was exactly what was in the estimate. The shingles that we originally ordered were not available, so they upgraded us to the better shingle at no additional cost. The crew was on time, cleaned up well, and did an excellent job. This along with the quality of work is what earns a company repeated business and customer recommendations. We will definitely use them for future projects.

W Brothers responded to our request for a quote the same business day and was very professional over the phone (via Brian) and in person (via John). We received 3 quotes (all from Angie's List) and W Brothers was extending a $250 discount which made them the lowest. As we had an addition to our home completed last fall, the shingle color on the main house/garage needed to match which sent John off to several supply houses. He provided several samples and even gave us info on the roof shingle on the addition (which was now discontinued). Both Brian and John were very quick to respond to phone calls and answered our questions thoroughly. The job was scheduled within 2 weeks of the signed agreement and went smoothly. A dumpster was dropped off the day prior to the job and picked up the day after the job was done. The permit was arranged by W Brothers and dropped off in advance. As we have two small children, we were insistent that the crew take special care in the clean up process to limit the number of stray nails. They did a great job. My only criticism is that the crew spoke very limited English. Fortunately, another W Brothers rep (Rob) stopped by a few times and any issues were addressed. We would happily recommend them.

It was excellent. They were very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, sincere and they presented themselves very well. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They gave an estimate, which was right on.

They were not very familiar with Mansard roofs. He actually called someone else to get information about how to do the job.

On the scheduled day, I was anxious concerning the job. It was supposed to rain later. The crew arrived shortly after 8:00 A.M. and by 8:30 A.M. was tearing off the old roof. As I was warned, it was too noisy to stay in the house. That was okay since I had a few outside jobs to complete. Only complaint, our cats were not able to take their mid-morning naps. Only quiet time was lunch...all fifteen minutes of it. The crew ate fast. By 2:30 P.M., the roof was completed, all tarps removed, all debris placed in the dumpster, 99.9% of the nails picked-up and the crew had departed. At 3:30 P.M., it rained and the roof did not leak. Hooray!! Great company!Great Crew! Great Job!

Outstanding! The dumpsters arrived when they said they would. Work started promptly the next day. The workers were here for over 9 hours and didn't take much of a break. In one day, the old roof was torn off and the new one was in place. They spent a lot of time cleaning up. The next day the new gutters were installed with the leaf proof system. They have a 10 year labor warranty. They are polite and easy to work with. A stress free project. I would highly recommend them. We had three estimates done, all from Angie's List members. Their price fit our budget and we were impressed with how quickly they called us back to answer our questions.

Great. Arrived on time for appointment. Work performed as scheduled. Clean up was great. House looks better than I had ever thought. Workers were respectful and polite. Great workmanship.

Thank God for Angie's List. My wife and I are new to the area. When we purchased this house we knew it would need a new roof, Being from out of state we didn't have our usual sources for references ie. friends, family, co-workers. It's was nice to have a forum to look up and check out contractors before they are hired. I liked John from the start. He wasn't pushy or slick, He looks like he has been on a roof before. His was the middle of three quotes, but a lot closer to the bottom price than the top price, and because of his rating in Angie's List we chose to go with him. On the day of the work the 3 crews should up by 8:30 and laid out all the tarps cover the bushes and catch all the nails and pieces of roof in the tear off. The roof was striped by 10 am. and the new roof on by 3 pm. They were all cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. The roof looks great.

I did roofing and siding for a few years for a small company that prided itself it quality so I was going to be a little picky. With that in mind I'm thrilled with the work performed. Attention to detail and professionalism at every step. Highly recommended.

They did a tear off and re-roof of our small cape cod and garage. They were here and gone in one day and I'm more than happy. Always prompt and professional and I highly recommend them.

I called 5 roofers off Angie's list. They were the first to respond. There was a little opening between my gutters and the roof. The rep told us exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Very professional estimate and very exact. They were extremely well-priced. Even though they weren't the cheapest, we went with them because of the rep's professionalism, his precise description of the process and his patient answers to our questions. He gave well-reasoned answers. He wasn't there to just sell something, but he told us why we needed it and it made sense.

After getting several quotes, we reached the conclusion that their prices were good compared to others. They did a very good job. We had a positive interaction with them and they were careful with my plants. Other contractors have stomped on them before. I recommend this company to friends.

The job they did was done beautifully. They were prompt and very clean. What I like the most was that when I was in the hospital during some of the time they were doing the work and they called to make sure I knew what was going on.

They are friendly. They were here when they said what days they were going to be here. They did a fantastic job. Overall, I'm so happy.

Chose this firm over 3 others. Came in with lowest price and 10 yr warranty on labor vs 2 yrs from other firms. Estimator was very professional, no schmoozing, and quickly identified lack of adequate attic venting. Quick call back when called with questions. Work occurred during period of nearly daily rain forecasts, so we assumed backlog & job would be delayed. Despite fear of rain, they held to their appointment date. Came at 11:30 with crew of 12 to ensure work would be done by end of day. Within 6 hrs, entire job was done and ground area was cleaned for debris. Unbelievable! Covered flower gardens as requested. Promptly sent someone over next day when called for a re-cleaning of grounds. Roof looks great. Only 2 blemishes: 1) over trimmed interior drywall in replacing one skylight leaving a gap. Now I need to repair; 2) Still waiting for warranty information. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The job was done in a day. It started raining and I was surprised that they continued to work. That being said I felt that the work was hurried, and clean up suffered. There were nails all over the yard. Also there was old shingles in my tree. And they left the label on the sky roof. We did ask for them to come out and clean up and take the label off of the window they gave us a time and showed up early then that when I was not home to make sure that it was done. We had to sweep and pull the shingles out of the tree ourselves but the roof looks good.

I am completely happy with this company. From the estimate to the final payment everything went extremely well. I was informed on every step of the process and they all occurred as planned. The crew on my job was one of the hardest working group of men I've ever dealt with. Except for lunch and an occasional drink of water they never stopped working. Each had their job to do and when they finish that they went to help someone else. From start to finish they took only 8 1/2 hours (including lunch). They kept the job site neat having one worker constantly picking up waste and loading it into the dumpster. When they left I could only find two small pieces of felt paper the size of a half dollar. They went so far as to shingle the cricket on my fireplace chimney that had been just metal before. I am very, very happy with the outcome.

Overall it was good. Rob, whom I mainly dealt with, runs the company and deals specifically with the roofing aspect. The roofers were great! They performed their work neatly and in a timely manner. They were extremely considerate of my neighbors and any debris they generated. The siding portion of the job was run by Bob Strand. The siders did good work, but we did have to ask that debris be cleared off our lawn after it sat for a couple of days. Also, in the course of the project one of our mature yews was severely damaged. Bob Strand did not want to address it, but Rob stepped in and handled the problem like a pro (he replaced it, no problem.) We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and the price was competitive.

They were very professional, and a great company to work with. They were very knowledgeable, and they meet deadlines. Their prices are very reasonable. We would use them again.

Fantastic job, they were here when they said they would be, cleaned up immaculately, finished the roof on time, everything was great. I hope we don't have to use them again (because I don't want to have to roof again), but I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their crew also worked on a very hot day with cicadas buzzing all around them. Lesser men would have gone crazy!

Emailed them Sunday night with request for a bid. They responded promptly the next morning by phone. We explained we needed work done quickly and they were not able to take this small size a job, but they referred us to 2 local contractors that would be able to help us. Very courteous.
