All work was performed in professional manner. Besides price, the reason I choose Lake Cook is the manner in which the estimate was performed. All of my concerns were listened to and I was given many references and proof of liability insurance.

I HAVE LIVED IN THIS CONDO FOR 22 YEARS . THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM REMODLING.SOME OF THE RESIDENTS RECOMMENDED LAKECOOK . I WENT TO THERE SHOW ROOM AND WAS EDUCATED THRU THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH ,BOTH WTH INSTALATION AND PRODUCT. THE INSTALLERS SHOWED UPON TIME AND COMPLTED THE INSTALLATION WITHIN 1/2 DAY.THEY LEFT THE HOUSE AS CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

The work done by them was fine. The guy who came out was very friendly. I would recommend them. They did the work well.

They were very professional and prompt. They were there right when they said they would be. I had one of the gutters leaking and I called and they were there the very next day to repair everything for me.

They came out and provided us with an estimate and talked us through it. We originally wanted to have some kind of leaf guard on the gutters and they told us they would put them on but also explained to us why they weren't necessary and what an alternative would be. From the time we placed the order to when they were installed was a little over a week, much faster than any other company. They did all their work while we were not home and we came back to no mess at all. The company called to make sure the work had been done as well as to make sure their guys cleaned up well and that we were pleased. Very happy and they are putting in windows for a neighbor and we recieved a referral bonus for it. Nice plus!

Excellent. When I called I advised I had a small job (for which another Angies Listed well rated service provider wouldn't even return my call). I was surprised when an appointment was scheduled to come out and give me an estimate. Even more surprised when the estimate was so reasonable. There was some delay because Lake Cook was putting together color samples of different available grays for us to match-up/select since existing gutters/downspouts are painted gray. Made gray selection then a bit of a delay for color selected product and a not too windy day so they could proceed with the work. They gave us a day's heads-up they would be out to do the work, wind permitting. Came out the day they planned to be out. Thoroughly cleaned up after themselves (lots of times our service providers say they broom sweep after but we're the one's who are cleaning after them). Even called the next day to ask if we were satisfied with the work that they performed. Great experience overall. More impressive is that the service was so phenomenal given the really small nature of the work we needed done.

It went well. They did exactly what they said they would and the price was exactly what they said it'd be. They were very clean; they left no mess when they were done.

Great communication, very punctual, super quality work. They even formed the gutters and left them on the lawn over the weekend so I could paint them on the ground at my request. I would highly recommend Lake Cook Exteriors to anyone.

Everything went very well. Bill Sheetz was willing to accommodate me in regard to the smallest detail. I was given a list of references with over 100 satisfied customers whose property I could view. I spoke with a couple of their customers before deciding on Lake Cook Exteriors. After the work started Bill came to my home almost daily to check if things were going right and to see if I was happy with everything and if I had any questions. I'm really happy with the results and would recommend them to everyone.

My overall experience was excellent Don Tenuto answered all of my questions ( anticipating many of them) and was friendly, courteous and prompt. The installer was on time polite and worked quickly. The work appears to have been done very well. All in all the company displayed a high level of professionalism in every respect.

This company was the only one who returned my phone call. The job was pretty small, which is why I believe we got overlooked. This company impressed us though with their punctuality and friendly attitudes. The workers stood by their word and showed up when they said they would and and did the job at the price they quoted. I liked that they did a follow-up call to make sure you were happy with the job and to see if we needed anything else done. They showed true customer service, and we will use them again.

I obtained at least eight estimates from different companies. This company gave me the best price. They were able to do the work in about an hour. It was easy to use them and I would use them again.

They are a reputable company. I've used them since this work. I am just really happy with the work-so happy that when I decided to reside the garage, they did it. Their customer service is exceptional. It is a husband and wife team and I trust them to do what they say what they're going to do and not disappear.

Lake Cook Exteriors was a pleasure to work with. On April 10, 2008 Don Teunto came out and gave me a thorough estimate and explained that they would need to replace some bad wood in the rear of the house and that was the only thing that should effect the end price. That proved to be correct. The work was completed on April 22, 2008. The actual worker that came out was excellent and efficient. He replaced the rotting wood (which only added $55 to the price) and did a beautiful and fast job in completing the project. Also, I received a 5% discount on the whole project for paying in cash!

Though we decided not to replace our shutters, Bill was wonderful. He returned our phone calls promptly and gave us all the information we needed to make a buying decision.

Went very well, the gutters look great. Don was very professional and was easy to work with.

It was a good one. I had some ideas of my own, and they listened to me and then gave me what I wanted.

The workers worked quickly, but the job took two mornings to complete due to rain.

They installed windows for me twice, I've been installing them over time. Very good with the installation and set-up, except that a window that was five years old got a pressure crack in it. It supposedly had a lifetime warranty with it, and they wouldn't honor any warranty work. The warranty is in writing. No one even came to look at this window

Excellent. They were quick to give us a quote and made suggestions (which we implemented) to make placement of gutters and downspouts more effective. Their price was very competitive. They were able to schedule our job about a week after receiving our signed contract. Very professional work overall.

John, the installer came on one of the coldest days of the year. I was reluctant to change out the doors but would otherwise have to wait until Spring. Our heating bills were so high, we decided to go ahead. John worked alone and was extremely efficient and fast. It took 2 and 1/2 days. The doors look great and we are so excited... no more drafts!! Waiting to see the difference on heating bills but it has got to be a big improvement.

I called to ask for help with replacing a gutter that was damaged when a tree limb fell on it during a storm. Don Tenuto stopped by to examine the job and left a brochure and product sample for my review. Don called me the next day to explain that we'd be better off contacting the manufacturer of our patio enclosure to see if they could get the parts for the repair. Don further explained that he discussed our situation with other experts in his office and they all felt that our gutter configuration would require them to make modifications that we may not be happy with. After contacting the manufacturer of our patio enclosure we decided to have the original manufacturer make the repair. I was very happy with Don's honesty and advice. I will contact Lake Cook Exteriors for my future needs.

The two men were friendly = picked up every day & finished ahead of schedule. Finished job looked great. Left extra materials for future repairs.

WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH, DID A GREAT JOB. PUNCTUAL, POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. I FAXED THE CONTRACT FRIDAY EVENING AND THEY CAME OUT MONDAY MORNING TO DO THE WORK! THEY ALSO WERE ACCOMMODATING IN PUTTING THE DOWNSPOUTS IN INCONSPICUOUS PLACES. WE RECEIVED 4 QUOTES FOR THIS JOB AND THEY WERE BY FAR THE LOWEST - BY OVER 50% IN ONE CASE.
